🚨 WARNING – DO NOT USE PARKOS! 🚨
I’ve just had the worst experience ever with Parkos. I booked my parking 2 weeks in advance, paid €165.98 for a shuttle parking at Zaventem.
When I arrived at the parking lot, I was bluntly refused entry. The guy at the gate was rude beyond belief, argued with me for over 30 minutes, and refused to even look at my booking. I tried calling Parkos multiple times — no answer, no help.
I was almost late for my flight and had to scramble to find another parking at the last minute, probably paying extra on top of what I already lost.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel cheated and furious — how can they take your money and then just refuse you entry?!
👉 I strongly warn everyone: stay away from Parkos. Their “customer service” is nonexistent, and the people they work with are rude and dishonest.***
