I ordered a boxspring from this company of 1500 plus euros and after delivery the guys spoilt the storage part and said they will bring a replacement the next day but never did . I took pictures and went to their office (1 hour drive) the lady there was apologetic and we made a new order to replace the bed. On the day they were meant to deliver , they didnt show up. Two days later i went again to their office because they do not pick their phone and weren’t responding to my mails . We made a new appointment again for today. I left work and waited the whole day for these guys. I had collected the private phone number of the staff i met and he kept reassuring me the driver was coming . At some point someone called me with no caller ID claiming to be the driver and they were already in Amsterdam and still coming to me . This is 21:11 uur and they didn’t show up. Unless they refund me my full money by tomorrow, i will sue beddenleeuw. They have cost me money, mental and emotional damage and gross inconvenience, i have lost three full days at work because of them. I have picture evidences . It will cost me money to sue them but they won’t like what is coming . This is highly unprofessional! Total negligence! Heartlessness . I have been sleeping on the couch for over two weeks now!
