Great customer service. I had been considering purchasing this bag for about a month. The price on Lyst was a bit lower than on the site I got sent to. So, I reached out to customer support and got a fast and friendly reply. They offered me a one-time chance to buy the item at the price listed on the provider’s site and get a refund from Lyst for the price difference. True to their word, I received the refund after placing and confirming my order. Still waiting for the product, but happy with the service.

Maria's exceptional dedication shone through as she diligently worked beyond regular hours, going the extra mile to resolve the technical issue. Eigentlich war meine Erfahrung mit Lyst nicht so gut, aber Kyla war sehr hilfsbereit und die 5-Sterne-Bewertung gilt ihr, nicht Lyst. Mein Einkauf lief enttäuschend, weil anscheinend die Preise vor dem Einstellen auf der Seite nicht geprüft werden. Kyla war dagegen sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Ihr habt wirklich Glück, sie zu haben.

I bought some sneakers on LYST, but then got a mail that showed a bigger price than what I saw at checkout. That made me a bit confused about the order.
