For sure, this is the best place to get your HK parts! I ordered a bunch of Mags and my family loves them since we don’t have to reload as often. We’re definitely planning on getting more from HKP. The company should send status emails. I waited 7 days for my package to be shipped, which wasn't good. They need to communicate better with customers.

My longstanding loyalty to Hk parts has been primarily due to their consistent delivery of excellent-quality products at reasonable prices, along with the lightning-fast shipping. Unfortunately, my recent experience took a sour turn. I had placed an order that I urgently needed for the work I had scheduled. To my dismay, there was an uncharacteristic delay in shipping. What added to my disappointment was the lackluster responses I received from customer service. I contacted them twice during the week, and both times, I received nearly identical, vague responses that didn't address my concerns effectively. Given my prior positive experiences, this recent encounter with Hk parts' customer service left me considerably dissatisfied.
