    The app's alright for selling, but not for high-end stuff like designer items. I sent in all proof for my Gucci, but they said it's fake, which I know ain't true. Now I'm not so sure about the site anymore. They won't let me list it again either.

    I tried to use the credit I got from a refund that was promised to me after I made a purchase. The item I received was not what I expected. When I asked for the refund and tried to use the credit before it expired, I faced problems, but no one ever replied to me. I contacted customer service through their chat, which was supposed to be available 24 hours, but I never got a response. They told me the credit was good for 90 days, but it was only given for a week. I tried to get help, but customer service refused to replace the $5.00 credit I couldn’t use before it expired. The same thing happened with the $10.00 credit I got for signing up as a new member. I had trouble redeeming it, and they refused to replace that too.

    Mercari disappointed me. The item arrived damaged, and I had to pay to return it for a refund. This isn't good for customer loyalty. I'll stick with more reputable and customer-friendly companies.

    Mercari lets sellers scam customers! No protection for buyers. Risky shopping! No refunds if scammers use it. They make money, so no help when things go wrong.

    I’ve been with this company for nearly 10 years.

    I’ve been with this company for nearly 10 years. Never had a problem until now. I bought something and the seller (with great reviews) said Mecari is asking them to verify their account by uploading a valid Driver’s License. They can’t give me access to the shipping label or confirm my address. Locked them out. We called and emailed all day, but got no response. You can’t even talk to a live person. All you get is an automated email saying they will get back to you soon. In the chat, they censor everything you try to talk about. I’m so MAD. Mecari took my money, and until the seller ships my item, the money won’t be released to them, so with Mecari being the middleman, it's frustrating since we’re both getting no help. I’m done with them, shutting my account down and filing a claim to get my money back. They should close this business FOR GOOD! I’m so UPSET.

    Horrible service. They do not follow their own rules. My package is marked as delivered, yet they want me to give GPS proof or a note from the post office confirming it. I've been selling for years and never had to prove delivery when tracking says it's been delivered. I've been trying to reach them for 4 days with no progress at all. I've taken down all my listings and will be speaking with my lawyer about this. Avoid this platform at all costs.
