I made the mistake of purchasing products on this page in the month of February, which were never delivered to me. I contacted customer service two weeks later and they answered me that they were investigating the case.... Three months later they were still investigating, and I wrote to them 5 more times, but they did not answer me again... Finally in May I decided to file the complaint with Paypal, the method I used to pay, and thanks to them I was finally able to receive the refund notice. I will never buy from this website again!

I regularly get my skincare from Stylevana. It's a real deal for Korean skincare. Prices are fair, often with IG discounts. Delivery is swift, usually 2nd day. It takes 2-3 weeks, but that's okay. Packaging's good, not like yesstyle's plastic bags. Only small downside is new "viral" products not always in stock.

Ordered on March 6th and still waiting

Ordered on March 6th and still waiting with no updates. Tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. Paid over £1,600 and haven't received anything. Going to contact my bank and take further action against these scammers. Avoid ordering from them, terrible customer service and seems like a scam.

However, the timeframe from order to shipping update was slightly prolonged, taking 12 days from the January 10 order date. The lack of status updates beyond "not shipped" was a drawback. Despite this, the overall experience has been positive so far.

Attempting to apply a promo code became a frustrating dance between clicking, copying, and pasting, only to find myself back on the shopping page. Simplifying the user interface and minimizing intrusive ads would greatly enhance the shopping experience. Shopping should be seamless, not a juggling act with promotions.

Günstig, aber viel Geduld

Hab bei StyleVana Sunscreen und ein Serum bestellt, weil die Preise echt verlockend waren. Im Checkout stand eine Bearbeitungszeit vor dem Versand, das hat sich dann auch gezogen. Tracking war eher spärlich und das Paket hing kurz beim Zoll, Gebühren fielen zum Glück keine an. Nach gutem Warten kam alles heil an, ordentlich verpackt, Originalware. Für die Auswahl und den Preis bin ich zufrieden, aber wer schnelle Lieferung erwartet, wird nervös. Support per Ticket hat nach ein paar Tagen knapp geantwortet, hat gepasst. Würde wieder bestellen, nur nicht last minute.

Őrülten jó akciókba futottam, olyan márkákkal, amiket máshol alig látok. Pár termék mellett kezelési idő volt jelölve, szóval nem számítottam villámra, és tényleg, a feladás kicsit csúszott. A csomagkövetés nem volt tele pinggel, mégis szépen gurult a folyamat. A doboz sértetlen, a toner és az SPF is pont olyan, mint a képeken. Fizetésnél oké volt a kártya, gondolkodom a biztosított szállításon legközelebb. Ha trendvadász vagy, ez élmény, csak nem az aznapi beauty-haul kategória.

Jó árak, lassabb kézbesítés

Első rendelésnél meglepett a választék és a kosárba rakás egyszerűsége. A fizetés simán ment, viszont a „processing” résznél volt pár nap csend, a csomag csak később indult útnak. A követés frissült, de nem túl sűrűn. Végül épen megjött minden, a fényvédő és az esszencia is hozta, amit vártam. Az árak tényleg barátságosak, csak türelem kell a szállításhoz, mert nem raktárból, hanem külföldről mozog sok termék. Ügyfélszolgálat jegyen belül válaszolt, korrekt, bár nem túl gyors tempóban.

Lassú válasz, plusz költség

Vámkezeléskor érkezett értesítés, hogy fizetni kell még valamennyit a beérkező csomag után. Írtam a támogatásnak, szerettem volna érteni, mire számítsak és hogyan számolják. A válasz nem volt azonnali, pár nap után érkezett és inkább általános útmutató jellegű volt, mint konkrét. A csomag megjött, a termékek rendben, de a kommunikáció lehetne frissebb. Jó tudni, hogy az ár nem tartalmazza automatikusan az összes díjat. Használni fogom még, mert a választék szuper, csak kalkulálok a plusz idővel és költséggel.

Az ügyfélszolgálat 24 órán belül visszaírt, világosan leírta a feldolgozási lépéseket, és kért türelmet. A csomag végül úton lett, a magyarázat érthető volt.

Pillanat, amikor a követés napokig nem mozdult, aztán hirtelen kézbesítés alatt. Megkönnyebbülést éreztem, de kicsit bosszankodtam a csendes szakaszon.

Két K-beauty fényvédőt és egy esszenciát rendeltem. A kosár és a fizetés egyszerű volt, de a kezelési idő 5 napra nyúlt, a követés ritkán frissült. Premium Express-t választottam, így a kézbesítés gyors lett. Vám nem volt, e-mailes kérdésemre másnap válaszoltak.

Брала кілька K-beauty засобів по акції. Якість норм, пакування ціле. Відправляли не блискавично, десь за 2 тижні, але і ціна приємна. Трек працював, підтримка відповіла чемно.

Тут вигідно, якщо не горить. Багато акцій і бандлів, але відправка буває довша. Я б радила брати запас улюблених засобів і не тиснути на дедлайни. Якість та ціна це перекривають.

Суперціни, але чекаєш

Чекала, що надійде швидше, а в реалі відправили через тиждень. Зате бренди топ і оригінал, бонуси йдуть за суму. Маленький мінус за шаблонні відповіді сапорту, але все приїхало ок.

Bila sem zadovoljna, ko sem odprla paket: originalni izdelki, brez poškodb. Po komunikaciji sem se počutila varno, ker so jasno zapisani roki. Daljša dostava, a vredno.

Odziv v 48 urah, razlaga jasna, rešitev pa šele po dodatnem opomniku. Videti je bilo kot predloga, a so težavo nato uredili in vrnili razliko.

Ko sem tretjič osvežila sledenje, sem se nasmehnila. Ja, 3 tedni. A prišlo je, lepo zapakirano. Ujamem akcije, naročim prej.

Registracija je bila enostavna, navigacija po kategorijah K-beauty in J-beauty pregledna. Navodila o dobavnih rokih so mi pomagala načrtovati. Posebej sta mi padli v oči jasne oznake sestavin in prag za darilca. Pošiljka je prišla kasneje, a brez težav.

Ko sem odprla paket in dobila mini darilce nad pragom, sem se nasmejala. Čakanje je bilo daljše, a trenutek je odtehtal.

Na vprašanje o zalogi so odgovorili v dveh dneh. Vljudni, jasni, vendar rešitev (zamenjava izdelka) je trajala še en teden. Končni rezultat dober.
