My product did not hold up for me mascara would flake off contacted customer service to honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee after 2weeks of trying a few of the products no response! I wish I would have read the reviews on social media before hand. Please read reviews on social media before purchasing.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Prime Prometics. I have emailed them 5 times requesting they authorize a return. It seems that I am stuck with products that I don't want or can use.

I have bought several items from this company. I purchased their new lip stain for $28. It doesn't stain at all so I have been trying to return it. There is no phone number to call, just an email. I have sent 4 emails with no response. they are a scam stating they have a return policy when they clearly do not. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I received the product the foundation cream and was very cakey goopy staying in the creases and message them the day that I tried it and have not heard from them since. They do not stand by their product at all sadly and I am out $50

WARNING! Do not trust this company! I contacted this company on December 28 concerning the makeup tube not functioning. The pump did not work. I asked for a refund or a replacement. I heard back in 2 days and was told to email them the batch number and a photo of the tube. I did so that very day. Since then, I have emailed them numerous times and no answer. It is now January 16th. What is going on with them? There isn't a phone number to contact only the one customer service email. This is NOT the way to run a business. Prime Prometics products are not cheap . I want a refund or a replacement.I am going to contact the BBB concerning this. When I look on the reviews on the BBB and other sites, I see that I am not the only one who has complained about this issue. Of course, the reviews on the Prime website are all glowing. Thinking the bad ones are weeded out. It's a shame because I do like the makeup. But, if I am not able to use it due to a defect, what good is it? They have lost me as a customer.

Horrible stuff. Dont waste your money. Mascara had to be wiped off the brush to use. The eyeliner dosent stay on and dosent glide on smoothly as claimed. Pencil breaks off in the sharpener, too.

They offer you discounts then when it goes through to checkout they’re not included. Tried to cancel didn’t happen. Sent several emails one said they would apply the discount - no credit received or notified still trying unsuccessfully to return the order everything goes through an email but they do t respond

I bought a highlighter/eye shadow stick

I bought a highlighter/eye shadow stick, two lip glosses/plumpers, and two eyeliners. I really like all the items. The shades look just like shown online. Everything goes on smooth, no pulling and no trouble on my saggy eyelids. One lip gloss didnt screw up, but they replied fast and said it will be replaced. So I am pleased with their customer servise.

Yesterday I got an email telling me they noticed the eyeshadow they sent me was not the right color. They are sending the correct one now! Really nice of Prime Prometics for fixing this so quickly!

Weighs down lashes

I bought the dark brown Prime Prometics mascara as an influencer I follow recommended it. My lashes are dark blonde and pretty straight. I curled the heck out of my lashes and the Prometics mascara immediately flattened the curl and left the lashes heavy and straight. I tried again the next day with a lighter coat and had the same result. I'm not impressed and upon reading the other comments it might be easier to just take a loss on the product than trying to return. My Maybelline Rocket Volum Express waterproof mascara works much better for a third of the price.

Each one goes on smooth, no pulling, and no settling on my saggy eyelids. One lip gloss had a problem, but they said it will be replaced right away. So I am happy with their custumer service.

Don't bother!

I wouldn't bother, I made an error on my order, i added the wrong eyeliner, I emailed immediately after i placed my order in response to their confirmation email, saying 'please reply to this email if you need to change anything', I asked them to swap the eyeliner for the one I wanted, they replied immediately saying id have to purchase another, so I asked why they couldn't just change it before dispatch and I'd pay the difference as I don't want the one I've ordered its not suitable for me and ill never use it, im still waiting for a response 3 emails and 36hrs later, and now its too late to change the order, as now the order has been dispatched, convenient that isnt it? Very disappointing as its not cheap! I expect better from a so say high end company, high end prices but not the high end customer service to go with it, there is none, they just ignore you if you have an issue 😳🙁

I saw Prometics mascara mentioned on Facebook. I also looked at reviews from people saying it helped make lashes stronger and longer after chemo. I lost my eyelashes after treatment, so I decided to try this mascara. My lashes aren’t as full or long as they used to be, but the effect was still really good. I have been using it for over 3 1/2 years and remain a loyal custumer.

Mascara fine but eyeliner not good for me

I’m 63 with thin skin on my lids. I ordered the eyeliner and mascara hoping they would be the answer for me. The mascara is fine but the eyeliner does NOT glide on in a smooth line. I have to pull my skin tight to get it to go on and then it goes on flaky like it’s coming off even though I never got it in a solid line. Disappointed!

I have been using many eyeliners through the years

I have been using many eyeliners through the years, and this one is by far the nicest. I am over 75 and with my eyelids changing, it has been harder to apply. But this liner goes on smoth and stays put all day long. I would surely recomend it!

My eyelashes had grown short and looked a bit thin after I passed the 50 age mark. Since starting the Primelash mascara with the growth serum, my lashes look longer and in much nicer shape than before. I’m already on my 3rd tube and plan to keep using it always. I do recomend it to women over 50. Great product and really worth the price.

Shocking Customer Service

I purchased 2 Eye Brightener Pencils, when they arrived one was damaged. I emailed customer service including a photo. Received a response immediately, saying would arrange for a replacement. This is now over a month ago, despite my numerous emails requesting updates, most of which were unanswered. I now have to accept I am out of pocket financially and will not receive a replacement. I believe their customer service - **** uses automated responses promising and not delivering. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, naturally I will be sharing this disappointing experience.

I’m a 72 year old woman who has used makeup all my life, but as you get older you tend to wear less because most products don’t suit your skin or look right. I usually don’t spend much on makeup, so I wasn’t sure this would work. I decided to try your mascara just to see. I’m happy with it so far. It lifts and separates lashes nicely, and the dark brown color looks much better than black on my skin. My lashes seem a bit fuller after only a few uses. Thank you for making products that help older women feel more confident and look fresher!

Unresponsive to return requests

I have written over 3 emails with only the initial response asking me to choose another product. Neither the Prime eyebrow or eyeliners were colors I was fond of. I have a brow product from Thrive that is blonde & much lighter than the Prometics products. I have asked for a refund through several email communications & there is zero response. The return policy is clearly stated but the company has only had 1 response after my first request for refund. Below is my request: "Per your return policy, please refund $84 plus tax. I have since researched online comments that are not directly on your site. I am hoping you do follow through with your stated policy of full return of under $100"

I wasn’t sure in the beginning since I’ve tested lots of foundations and mascara. But I must say WOW! It really works and gives a lovely look! The mascara takes a bit to get used to but once you do it’s fantastic! I’m going to try the eye liner soon! Definitely recomend these products
