    I really enjoy having all the tracking tools

    I really enjoy having all the tracking tools in one place along with the custom plan. This is my first time using a fitness app, and I was so interested in this one that I didn’t mind paying for it. Definitely worth the money. My motivation for working out is coming back, and I’ve missed feeling this way.

    De klantenservice van Lasta is echt geweldig! Zoe van Lasta maakte het voor mij heel makkelijk toen ik niet in mijn account kon inloggen! Het proces om contact op te nemen met Lasta en een oplossing te krijgen was heel vlot. Zoe deed zelfs haar best om een persoonlijke link voor mij te maken zodat ik zonder verwarring mijn account kon openen en gaf me 5 extra dagen op mijn abonnement voor het ongemak!! 10/10 voor de klantenservice van Lasta, vooral Zoe!

    I’ve been using Lasta for a couple of months and I’m really happy with what it’s done for me. The intermittent fasting app has helped me a lot in managing my routine. I used to eat out of time because of stress or emotional cravings, but now I can keep control and stick to good habits with the app's support. The workouts are also nice and fit into my daily routine easily. It’s super convenient and works well.

    Ik gebruik nu al een tijdje intermittent fasting en het werkt heel goed voor mij. Je kunt het effectiever maken door je calorieën te controleren, koolhydraten te verminderen, enzovoort, maar zelfs alleen al is het een prima hulpmiddel voor gewichtsverlies.

    I'm really frustrated

    So, I'm really frustrated with this whole situation. I got an email saying my next payment would be $15.40 on Feb 2, 2025, but they went ahead and charged me $93.00! I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund the overcharge, but they flat-out refused, saying they don't do refunds. Instead, they offered me an extension to the program, which I can't even use because I had an accident and my left arm and leg are messed up. I sent them screenshots of their own emails, and they've been ignoring me ever since. I've asked three times to cancel my subscription, but still no confirmation from Lasta. This is beyond ridiculous.

    Up until now, I've been having a decent experience. I had some difficulty logging in at first, but Emma assisted me, and now everything works fine. I've mostly been focusing on yoga and paying attention to my diet. Since I’m post-menopausal, progress is a bit slow, but I’m still seeing some toning and keeping track of what I’m doing.

    I signed up for Lasta

    I signed up for Lasta through Facebook on December 31 for a nice deal, just $9.49. But every time I tried to log in, it sent me back to their quiz. I started thinking maybe I wasn’t signed up or charged after all. Then, surprise! On January 28, I saw a charge of $55.82 for a monthly renewal. I freaked out and denied the charge with my credit card company, but I couldn’t find any way to contact Lasta. They really need a better way to reach them online, not just through their useless app. Can anyone help me sort this out?

    They do not allow you to click on cancel subscription. It is there on their site but you cannot cancel it. The thieves have gotten smarter and we are all getting robbed. It’s a shame that they offer such high hopes but do not allow you to cancel if it isn’t how you want to lose weight.

    DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Terrible terrible company! Was never able to login, several emails and no help! Asked for a refund since I couldn’t even log in to use what I purchased and then they tried to hit my account for $80!! I only subscribed to a $10 plan!! (Which btw turned into $20 the second I paid!!) They say no refund because of terms and conditions for something I never received!! Very shady!! So angry!!

    Ik had moeite met het gebruiken van de app om toegang te krijgen tot de lessen. William Miller (Lasta klantenservice) antwoordde op mijn vele e-mails met uitleg die ik kon volgen. Ik ben hem dankbaar voor zijn geduld en tijd.

    Complete Scam! You CC will be charged over and over.

    Do not sign up for this app!!!! They will auto bill you numerous times at 5 times the original advertised price! I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and PayPal. Numerous correspondence with Lasta has resulted nothing but rhetoric. They can not explain the multiple charges in various amounts placed on my credit card. Avoid this scam!

    I faced a problem with the app stopping in the middle of a workout. It was pretty annoying. When I reached out to Lasta, Billie replied quickly and helped me fix it step by step until the app was running fine. Such great customer support!! I’m really happy with the Lasta app and pleased with how they treat their users. Highly recomend.

    I recently purchased the Chair Yoga program

    I recently purchased the Chair Yoga program and the Meal plan at a discounted price, but there was an issue with the meal plan being charged at the full rate before the trial period ended. I contacted Lasta, and after explaining everything to Zoe, she fixed the error and issued a refund. As a business owner myself, I believe a company's reputation depends on how it addresses mistakes or complaints. Zoe responded in a professional way and resolved the problem after everything was clarified. I'm enjoying the Chair Yoga and hope to continue it for the entire duration and more.

    total scam

    This is a total scam. There is an offer to return your money if not satisfied. I had numerous emails and instead of cancelation of the program and money returned they kept offering me bait and switch proposals. Now they do not respond at all. If I reach out to social media maybe they will respond. Ticket ID 72***21

    Lasta biedt een geweldige interface om maaltijden, macronutriënten en calorieën bij te houden, wat vergelijkbaar is met andere gezondheidsdiensten. Lasta bevat ook artikelen en advies van experts, evenals succesverhalen die, voor mij, ervoor zorgen dat ik goed geïnformeerd en gemotiveerd blijf op mijn fitnessreis. Wat Lasta anders maakt dan andere fitnessapps die ik heb gebruikt, is de timer voor intermittent fasting, iets wat ik nog niet eerder in andere apps heb gezien. Niet te vergeten bieden ze tientallen trainingen aan, wat het een stuk gemakkelijker maakt om je workout elke dag te plannen. Als iemand die al een tijdje met gemiddelde intensiteit alleen traint, zijn de trainingen van Lasta geweldig en lijken ze je te helpen met het verliezen van gewicht en het opbouwen van spiermassa als je er lange tijd mee doorgaat. Over het algemeen is Lasta een goed ontworpen app met een eenvoudige gebruikersinterface. Ik heb Lasta nog maar een korte tijd, maar ik geniet van alle functies ervan.

    The Lasta app is really good!

    The Lasta app is really good! I’ve had trouble sticking to a workout routine, but this app is a great support. It also covers everything you need, from meal planning to health tips and fasting. I really enjoy the posts and videos, they’ve taught me a lot about staying healthy and eating right. Thank you!

    Charged too much and no one will respond

    I have tried for six days to each Lasta. Many emails as I was charged wrong price from what they advertised on Instagram and also charged for something extra. No one has contacted me except for a canned response that they will get in touch in 24-48 hrs because customer satisfaction is important to them. Stay away. It’s been six days now and not even a response

    I’ve been trying to get healthier for years with no luck. It always felt like I was on my own and didn’t have the right tools to stick to my plan. Lasta has made everything so much simpler. The 7-minute workouts are my favorite. When I’m short on time but want to do some exercise, I just pick a quick workout, and it’s done before I know it. Tracking what I eat each day is super simple too, and it helps me prepare better for meals, especially during busy times like holidays. Lasta has everything I need to make working on my health less stresful. Since I started using it, I feel so much better in both my body and my mind. BIG THANKS TO LASTA!

    I signed up and paid

    I signed up and paid $59 for this app, hoping to get access to the exercise programs. But I can't even open it! I reached out for help, but nobody responded. Now, my money's gone, and I can't use the program at all. Tried signing up again, but it says my email already has an account. Now I'm just stuck with nothing. Totally frustrating experience.

    What a headache!

    Man, what a headache! Got myself a subscription, downloaded the app, and guess what? Three days in, still no activation email. They send me this apology email full of the usual fluff, "you’re a valued client" and all that jazz, but the app is still unusable. It’s frustrating as heck. Seriously, €10 down the drain for this nonsense. Feels like they're just stringing me along. Not impressed at all.

    I had some trouble signing up, but Lisa West came to the rescue. She quickly figured out the issue and got me going in no time. Now, I'm super pumped to start using the program and work on losing some weight. Lisa made the whole process so much easier, and I'm really grateful for her help. It's nice when customer service is actually helpful and gets things done fast. Can't wait to see how this program works for me!

    Got the app on Dec

    Got the app on Dec 2, 2024, hoping for some cool workouts and meal plans. At first, it was alright, but by day 10, the workouts were just the same old stuff and got boring quick. Tried to cancel, but couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Emailed them, no response. Thought I'd give it until yesterday, and if no reply, I'd cancel today. Checked my email and bam, they already charged me again! Twice in one month, and not even 30 days apart. Still no luck getting anyone on the phone, and my email got the usual "someone will reach out in 2-3 days" nonsense. Super frustrating.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    I installed the Lasta app, paid the first reduced fee to try out and could NEVER get into the app to use my so called personalized program!!! I emailed them and reported the problem, they emailed back some instructions but I still was unsuccessful. I emailed them to request a refund and cancelation of the service. They never replied and now just went and deducted ANOTHER month's subscription! Where do I report this scam???

    I have been using the app for a bit now and it's been a good experience. The interface is quite easy to use, very user-friendly. At first, I couldn't log in because the login link sent to my email never showed up. I reached out to customer support, and Andy was super quick to respond. He sorted out the problem in no time, which was great. It's not often you get such fast help. So, overall, I'm pretty happy with the app and the support I received. Thanks a lot, Andy!

    I really like the app so far.

    I really like the app so far. It's easy to use and simple to navigate. I had some trouble logging in at first because the link they sent me didn’t arrive, but I got in touch with customer support and Andy helped me out fast, fixing the problem quickly.     I’d been thinking about getting back into

    I’d been thinking about getting back into healthier eating and working out, so when I saw an ad for Lasta on my tablet, it seemed like a good fit and the price seemed fair. I paid, but when I got the email from them and tried logging into the app, it didn’t recognize my email. I tried a few times and even tried other ways, but nothing worked. I contacted support and got an automated response saying I’d hear back in 1-3 days. Not long after, Eugene got in touch with me. His instructions were clear and easy. The link he provided worked, and now my exercise and meal plans are going great.

    I would definitely suggest this app to anyone who values their health as much as I do! It provides everything you might need: a great range of exercises (I personally enjoy the workout videos, especially the dance routines, libido exercises, and weight loss sessions). There are also meditations for different needs, meal plans with recipes, and mini-courses to help with learning. Additionally, there are fun challenges, studies, and useful trackers (for things like water intake, weight, calories, fasting, steps, and even mood) that make it simple to monitor your progress and discover more about yourself. Thanks for making all of this so easy to use!

    BUYER BEWARE

    BUYER BEWARE. I thought I signed up for a FREE 30 day Chair Yoga program. I, like an idiot, entered my credit card info so I could continue the program past the 30 days. Instead, after going through alllll their questions about my health THEY decided I needed a more advanced program for nearly $60 per month. I never downloaded the app and 2 days later emailed to cancel my subscription. Then the BS began. Several emails back and forth asking if i "really wanted to cancel" meaning they still weren't cancelling my subscription. Then silence for 2 weeks. Finally today I get an email about how busy they've been but will now canceling my subscription and give me a whopping 30% REFUND if I "really wanted to cancel" WTH! 30% is a joke but apparently this is hidden in their fine print terms and conditions. And again I have to TELL THEM FOR THE 10th time to CANCEL or they won't issue the refund. This all smells like a SCAM to me. That's what I get for ordering online from a company I never heard of. Going forward I'll use one of the countless, highly rated chair yoga programs on YouTube for FREE-- which is what Lasta said they were offering in the first place. What a joke.
