Scam?

The app was not at all what ads purported it to be. I used it two times and didn't even complete one full routine. I tried to cancel on the app, they make you call which I did.... But apparently something was not completed or registered properly.So they refuse to cancel my membership and charged me almost eighty dollars. I have sent multiple emails to which I keep getting the same canned response .... Tough luck will give you a month free if you'd like that.

I like the app! I had some problems signing on, so I asked for help. It took a while to get a response, but when I finally did, they assisted me quickly.

Customer service is unreachable. Message says too busy to answer your call. Cancelled subscription and they still charge. Good luck getting your money back. I had proof I cancelled and still didn’t get my money back.

I didn’t sign up for this service but they continue to charge me for I have no idea what. Do not use this app!! They are fraudsters out to steal your money

Multiple charges, cannot unsubscribe

I tried to sign up at a reduced price which was $10 total. It went through PayPal as well as an additional, unknown charge for $29.99!!!! There is no place to unsubscribe or to contact the company. I would totally avoid!!!

I was scrolling through Facebook

I was scrolling through Facebook when I stumbled upon an ad that seemed interesting. After watching a long intro, I realized they were asking for quite a bit of money, so I decided to exit. Thought it was over until I noticed $50 payments being deducted from my account. I tried to cancel but found no way to do so. The phone number they gave me connected to some veggie warehouse in New York. I sent a "Contact Us" message and got an automated reply but nothing else. Left a voicemail at the number provided, still no response. If you see this ad on Facebook, report it as fraud immediately! I'll also be reporting them to my bank.

I was trying to cut

I was trying to cut down on my expenses, so I thought I canceled this app. Next thing I know, I get a PayPal notification that I’ve been charged $99.99 by Lasta. I wasn't happy, let me tell you. Emailed them a few times, got a ticket number, and a promise they’d respond in 2-3 business days. It's been 5 business days now and still nothing. I really need that money back, it's not like I’m swimming in cash. Seriously, the communication has been terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone because of this bad experience.

Scam billing, charged after cancelling subscription.

I wanted to be optimistic, give it a try, not for me ..I cancelled promptly yet get surprised by a charge for 90.00 on my credit card. This is frustrating and unlawful. Still waiting for an email that confirms I have " my" money back. Scam vibes through and through.

For me, planning meals and workouts has always been tricky (it’s harder than it seems), but this app makes it more manageble. It considers what you’re already doing and what you want to change, then gives clear, step-by-step directions. Making changes is not simple, but this app helps keep me on track when my motivation drops. The intermittent fasting feature is also great. I’ve been fasting for a while, and this app has made a clear difference for me. My tip? Try the fasting feature, but only if you’re ready to go all-in with it!

I downloaded this app a month ago because it advertised a special price for chair yoga. However, when I opened it, there were tons of different exercises, and only one was actually in a chair. It was super confusing and not user-friendly, especially for a beginner like me. I quickly forgot about it. When the renewal came up, they charged me $53 without any warning. I reached out to the company right away, explaining that I never used the app beyond the first day and asked for a refund. Initially, they sent several "we're working on it" emails, then tried to offer me different deals instead of just canceling and refunding. We exchanged 8 emails, and still no resolution. This experience has totally put me off trying new apps in the future.

He walked me through the whole thing and even checked back to make sure everything was good. Felt like he genuinely cared. Now I’m finally on the right program and loving it. Would totally go with this company again. One happy customer here!

If I could give zero stars I would

I think after trying to contact this company to unsubscribe it is a scam. I don’t know how to cancel but they will not respond to my requests for a refund or cancel the app. I am on my eleventh email now and I’m quite sure it is all robot responses now. I guess I have to contact bank to re-issue a new account to avoid charges since they will not respond. Who knows they may give my information to someone else. 😡

Never received email to start program

I signed up for Chair Yoga; I was billed for that AND a second unknown program which I did not authorize. Email confirming payment indicated I'd get another email with instructions to access program. That did not come. I emailed them, only to be told it could be 24-48 hrs to get a response. over 48 hours later - no access email. Looking at website (I want to use my desktop), there is no LogIn button or way to create an account. Tried to use website chat - no live chat.

Come On Really

I wish I had read the other reviews before I signed up for my free trial. I tried to cancel and I keep getting these emails thanking me for my patience and assuring me that they will address my issue soon. I have not gotten an answer one way or another. This app was not what I signed up for. Very misleading apparently they don’t care what Because they keep repeating the same bad business practices.

I've been using this app for a while now and it's seriously amazing! I use it to track my calories and fasting times. Nasty and condescending

I had not yet signed up for my chair yoga membership and so received a very snarky email from Lasta. The town was very condescending and just a little threatening. It said something to the effect of “ You have not yet signed up for membership. Your information will be deleted, sorry.” In the body of the email they believe that tough love is the best way to gain business.🤨😒 Whether this app is legit and if the exercises work or not, you treat your customers And potential customers better by motivation and encouragement. Pretty much common sense of you ask me.

I ran into some trouble with my refurbished iPhone, which wouldn't let me download the Lasta app for days. I was really frustrated until Andy from Lasta stepped in. He was super patient and walked me through every step until we got it sorted. Now that I have the app, I’m loving it. The workouts are short but effective, perfect for someone like me, a 71-year-old trying to firm up and strengthen my core. I signed up for Lasta, expecting a personalized fitness program. During the sign-up, I somehow ended up buying another program without realizing it. When I noticed the extra charge, I tried to contact them immediately, but there was only a web form and no phone number. I got an acknowledgment email but nothing else after that. Next morning, I checked the app, hoping to find my fitness plan but was met with a confusing array of options, many requiring additional payments. The only plan I saw was for fasting, which I didn't purchase. My account just shows 'Membership' and a Premium logo. I sent another web form but after reading their BBB reviews, I doubt I'll get a response or a refund. Called the number on BBB, got a recorded message. No real help. Very disappointed.

I tried canceling my 3 Month Plan, got charged $19.54 plus another $9.90 that I never approved. They emailed me today saying my subscription auto-renewal is off and that my Lasta wellness plan expires on 12/02/2024. They suggested extending the subscription manually through the app for uninterrupted access. But they didn't mention anything about a refund or explain what the $9.90 is for. Super frustrating! Does anyone know how to contact them directly? It feels like they’re just making it hard to get any clear answers or help.

Zoe war meine Technikerin und sie war sehr gut! Falls du dich fragst, ob das funktioniert, ich habe in 10 Tagen 6 Pfund verloren — und es geht weiter. So einfach. Danke!

I recently signed up for a service thinking it was a one-month deal. But then, out of nowhere, I get an email saying they'll charge me $96 AUD next month. I was really taken aback, because that's not what I signed up for at all. Felt like a total scam.
