Signed up on 9/29/24 for a three-month deal at $19.54, but right after that, another charge of $9.90 appeared with no reason given. Fast forward a month to 10/27, and I get hit with a $29.99 charge outta nowhere. Tried calling customer service and it's a dead end, they just tell you to go online. So I go online and all their so-called "help" is about the app, not about billing issues. Already canceled my membership after the trial, but I still want my $29.99 back. This whole thing has been super frustrating.

Man, this app was a total letdown. I signed up thinking I'd give it a shot for a month. But it never worked right. Couldn't keep track of where I left off, so I just lost interest. Tried calling them, but nobody picked up. Finally got an email reply, but by then, I was already fed up. Thought my subscription was just for one month like I said, but nope, got hit with an extra $85 charge. Seriously? If I can't talk to a real person and the app doesn't work, why should I pay more than expected? So frustrating. Not worth it.

Really just want my refund and to cancel this membership already. Feels like I'm talking to a wall here.

I recently saw an ad on Facebook promising a free program, so I decided to give it a try. Filled out this long, detailed questionnaire, expecting to get access to the free program they mentioned. But, surprise—no free plan option anywhere. Felt like I wasted my time. I even have a screenshot of the ad saying "get free program," but that didn't seem to matter. Their response didn't address the false advertising issue at all. They didn't offer a free trial or even provide an email address for support. Pretty disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

You won't believe it, Lasta is a game-changer! I signed up for their chair yoga, but somehow ended up with an extra program too. Reached out to them the same day, and guess what? Kate Brown from customer service sorted it out and got me my refund the next day. Now, I'm all in on the chair yoga and it’s amazing. Stretching without stressing over my balance issues has been such a relief. It's so easy and relaxing. Seriously, if you’re on the fence about it, just go for it.

I signed up for free, however they billed me $99.99 per month without my permission. I didn't discover it for five months. They got me for $500+ You cannot get any response from website or app. If it wasn't for PayPal I probably would be had for several hundred more.

I cancelled my mams subscription, they responsed acknowleding this and at the very end of the email is says "we would like to remind you that the auto renewal for your susbcription is still active" my poor mother has been charged another €60 when shes never even used the app 😭

I recently tried out the Loasta app for three days and found it to be useful, especially if you're into weight loss and fitness. The app focuses on fasting, which I know is a popular method for weight loss. However, I don’t like fasting, so having to use this option wasn’t great for me. Also, I didn’t like the lock screen feature; it seemed unnecessary and a bit annoying. I thought the app would include wellness features related to pregnancy, nursing, and menstruation. Although it does provide some information on menopause and menstruation, I think these topics should be developed into more useful features for better support. Even with these issues, I still suggest the Loasta app to anyone wanting to lose weight and boost their fitness. The app helps in getting fit and has a lot of wellness info that’s important for a healthy lifestyle.

This app is really good! I lost 20lbs with it. You can track your meals, and it shows what's healthy and what needs more work. It also tracks your water intake. It teaches safe ways to fast and keeps a record of your fasting times. There are so many exercises that anyone can follow, no matter their experience. I've tried other apps that said they could help, but they gave bad advice and were too expensive. Lasta delivers on their promises and is fairly priced. Great value for money! The support I got was absolutely great. Kate was amazing. She replied fast and was always ready to help. She was wonderful! If you want to lose weight the healthy way, I strongly recommend Lasta! I signed up for a month trial, and there was a $7 add on for some sort of "one month personalized fitness plan" . I was shocked to see an additional $50 sucked out of my account 3 days later. As soon as this happened I emailed to unsubscribe and to refund the $50 for a product that never even arrived into my inbox. Their response was "oops sorry here are the 4 links to your weekly plan". The links wouldn't open. I replied asking for a full refund for a product that didn't even OPEN. They suggested I read their return policy and they offered me 50% refund. I told them I want that 50% and the OTHER 50% (equaling 100%) because I paid for a product that won't even open. The next email received was the same 4 links (that still won't open) a message saying "these should work" from Robot Chris from Lasta, and letting me know my 50% refund was being processed. I then let him know that AGAIN, the links don't open, I sent screen grabs, along with why type of device I'm using and what browser (safari, the standard that comes with an iPhone) please, at this point I just want my money back. So now it's been 30 days and their guarantee is that if you don't see physical results in 30 days you are entitled to a 100% refund. Well obvious to me that if you can't even open the links it's impossible to use the product, therefore yeilding zero results. So I requested the full refund and guess how Chris the robot responded? YOU ALREADY ACCEPTED THE 50% REFUND SORRY! Are you kidding me???? There is no phone number, there is no human, this is all just stupid AI robot customer service. BEWARE, it's a scam! They will drain your bank account and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I'm pissed. 😡

I thought the site was ok. But after a few days I wasn't that impressed. I'm holidaying in Portugal for several months at the moment & lots of the ingredients are difficult to find & impossible to translate. I tried to unsubscribe which I thought I had done several months ago, but I was shocked to see my bank statement after not checking anything for months and they have charged me for 5 months subscription thats even when it says I have cancelled. Even pay pal wont stop the payments !!! Good Luck to everyone who are trying their best to loose those horrible pounds.
