This company is a total scam.

This company is a total scam. They are linked to another company—Zapaka. Avoid ordering from these places. I had to send back dresses because they didn’t match the pictures and didn't fit. Customer service tried to PERSUADE me to keep the dress. First a 10% off, then a 30% off, then a Coupon Code for LATER shopping. I had to keep insisting to get real return instructions for a full refund. They require pictures of the package you're sending back and tracking info sent to them. It’s now 3 weeks since the item arrived for return & refund, and no one is replying to emails. I will be reporting this as fraud on my credit card.

Bad servis, don't order from this site. I got a quinceanera dress almost a month ago and sent many emails to check my order WBHMUSSL6447. But no one answerd me. They dont care about your messages, so I cant trust them. Better to buy from a site in the U.S. that is more safe. I will start my claim for fraud with my bank becuse I got scamed.

I felt worried, but when it came, the dress looked just like the photo and was made really well. The size was wrong, but returning it and getting the new one was simple!! I will definetly get my prom dress from here!!

After testing many bad dresses, I was scared I wouldn't find "the one" soon. But I found a lace gown with a great top. It lifted me up without any problems. I felt confident showing some skin. It stayed put all night, even when I danced a lot. It was a great find for a special night!

Really nice looking from the chest up but under the tie it felt much to tight. Kinda weird fit. I normally get L/XL and went with XL. So yeah, fits small/not great if you have apron belly.

At first, it was hard to get help from Hellymoon when my order didn’t come on time, but once Alton replied to my emails, I felt supported as a customer. Alton said sorry for the trouble in getting help at first, understood my annoyance that the order never showed up, and kept in touch to confirm the order was lost and gave me a full refund. If Hellymoon’s first reply had been like Alton’s, I would be more willing to shop from them again.

I first got an email saying there was a delay with my dresses. I contacted them asking for a refund because the dresses wouldn’t arrive on time. They said no. A few weeks later, when I finally received my order, I got the same dress in 2 sizes (one my usual size and one bigger). The website said returns were easy, but neither dress fit—they were both too small. I then emailed asking for a return, and they replied saying they only accept returns within 7 days of receiving items. Yes, I was over 7 days late, but that's such a short time, especially when they can't ship orders on time. The prices aren't great either. I found better deals at Dillards and had to buy another dress because of their slow shipping. (They say shipping is quick, but it took almost a month for the items to arrive.) I would suggest shopping somewhere else to save your time, money, and stress!

Once they confirmed, I got 7 days to send it back. They asked for a photo of the package, the receipt, and tracking details. After they got everything, I received a full refund and a polite email from Tiki, who helped me all the way. I get that they want you to keep items, but this process feels too complicated. Many people order several dresses to try for events since stores don’t carry them. Making it easier could bring back more customers. I won’t be buying from Hellymoon.com again even if the dress is really nice. Writing this review also took a lot of steps.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress with express shipping. I never got the dress or my money back. They kept telling me it’s being processed, then said it was ready to ship, but I still got no tracking info. Now, it’s the day before prom, and no dress. They don’t reply to my emails anymore. They also offered to refund only the shipping cost, not the full amount, even though they didn’t follow the tailoring and shipping time stated on their website for the dress I ordered.

Stay away from buying from this company. Their return policy is a total rip-off. They promise a "full refund," but after sending the item back, they charge hidden fees you never knew about. It's pure bait-and-switch. Also, the product arrived in awful shape—the dress was squished in a cheap plastic bag. From the fake refund promises to the messy packaging, dealing with them was a total disaster. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Do not buy from this company, they have terrible service. I ordered a dress and still haven't recieved it. The service is horrible, one star is too much for this fraud company. You claim there's no record of my order number WBHMUSSL6680, but I have sent so many emails with no reply. You don't even care to respond. It always says it's preparing for tracking, stop pretending you reply when you don't even bother with customer service.

Really upset that I could not get a return adress to send the jacket back since it was too small and I had no time to swap it before the party. I asked many times for a return adress to get my $94 back but you refused. Instead, you gave me $25 and told me to keep the jacket.. What am I supposed to do with it?! I will not buy from this store again and will definitely tell friends not to order unless they are sure it fits.
