The tool's quality is okay. However, the customer support and overall service aren't great. On the website, they talk about a 30-day money-back guarantee, which convinced me to get a yearly subscription. But then, when I tried to cancel within the 30 days, it wasn't allowed. Why make promises you can't keep? It would be better to be honest with users, benefitting both sides.
