My husband and I had a fun time at the place. We stayed in the John Morse room, and experienced the bedwarmer falling to the floor on its own, the door opening twice on its own, while no one else was in the house, lights going on and off, orbs, and footsteps. We liked the house tour, basement, and ghost tour. Everyone was friendly. One suggestion: add a table lamp or two in the room. The light dimmer didn't work, and the overhead light was too bright when it stayed on. Your ghost enjoyed turning it off and on in our room and the kitchen during our ghost hunt. Apart from that, we had a good time and recommend the adventure!

Last weekend, my family and I decided to try something new and went on this tour. We're from Raleigh but had never done it. Chris, our tour guide, was awesome! He shared so many interesting facts about the old houses and buildings downtown that we had no clue about. The ghost stories were the best part, even my 7-year-old was hooked. It was such a fun way to kick off October and get into the spooky spirit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cool mix of history and ghostly tales!

Stayed at the Lizzie Borden

Stayed at the Lizzie Borden House with the family in the Andrew and Abby room. It’s the only one with its own bathroom, which was a nice perk. We took the tour after, and our guide was hilarious with a dark sense of humor. Made the whole experience memorable. Afterward, hit up the gift shop and grabbed a bunch of Lizzie Borden goodies. Totally worth it. If you're planning on heading to Salem or Boston, make sure to swing by Fall River. Adds a cool twist to your trip.

Everyone knew a lot about the house's

Everyone knew a lot about the house's history and story, and they were all very kind, waiting patiently for our group. They offered Ouija boards and dowsing rods, which were enjoyable to use—both worked, though not always. I recommend getting the EMF reader; mine was active throughout the tour, especially during their explanations of that night's events. Planning to stay overnight for sure!

We had a private tour in Deadwood SD for a family reunion. Our guide Susan was great. She knew a lot and made the tour fun for the adults while keeping it safe for the little ones in our group. I would surely suggest this to anyone who wants to hear some ghost tales and learn some cool history.

I had such a good time on this tour! The staff were friendly and totally cool about moving me to an earlier slot. The guide was hilarious and full of interesting facts, made the whole experience so fun. Honestly, it was a blast. Now I'm thinking a night tour next time would be awesome.

Just had the best tour

Just had the best tour ever! Our guide was super energetic and knew so much. If you guys could find one spot where we could actually stand inside, it’d be perfect. Totally recommend taking the extended tour, getting the plushy, and renting the detector. It's all so worth it.

When we got there, our entry code didn’t work. Luckily, a staff member was nearby and let us in. Had a bit of trouble with the room too—the main light was busted, so we used a tiny lamp. The bathroom sink was out of order, and they didn’t offer us any cleaning wipes or water. But honestly, the staff were super friendly and professional. Elliot, our tour guide, really stood out; he was fantastic. The place itself was clean and overall, we had a pretty good experience despite the hiccups.
