I've owned my E-bike for a year now, using it for work, school, and some trail rides. The only thing I've had to replace so far are the tires, which I did about three months ago after riding through some tough areas. Other than that, it’s been solid for a budget-friendly E-bike. If you ever need a replacement part, just use the help bot, it’s really useful.

I have two Rattan e-bikes now, a Pathfinder and an LM-750 Pro, and I'm really happy with them both! The support team at Rattan has been very helpful, responding quickly even though they’re in another time zone. They were polite and profesional, and they sent replacement parts fast without any issues! I’ve ridden more than a thousand miles on them so far, with 542 miles on the LM and 602 miles on the Pathfinder!

We got our Rattan LM750's a month ago. Despite some bad reviews, we love them. Biking is fun now. We're spending more time outside. We have a problem with our bikes, but we trust the company. We ordered another bike. They're learning, but they'll improve.

Me and my family really like

Me and my family really like our LF 750 Pros. We live in Harlem and we got these bikes at the end of summer to take our kids to school. It's been fun and made our commute shorter. No more waiting for buses and trains. Pedal assist helps us go up the 110th street hill. They came quickly and assembling was simple. They came with good accessories. Get a Rattan! You'll like it.

I got a Pathfinder from Rattan and I'm pretty happy with it. The ride's smooth, and for its weight, it's pretty fast. Managed to hit 32 on flat ground. It's a good-looking bike, and what sold me was the ability to control things like Pedal Assist levels and speed from the LCD screen or the app. Assembling it wasn't too hard, though having someone help is a good idea due to the bike's weight. Comes mostly assembled with directions and tools. The company's quick to respond to questions and fixed a small issue I had (a warped rotor) in a reasonable time. They're in China, so expect a delay in responses due to time zones, but they do get back to you. Seems like they value feedback to improve their products. Did my research and this bike seemed right, no complaints yet. You get a lot of features for a decent price. One thing to note: some review videos mention regen braking, but it's been removed from the bikes, no clue why. Battery seems to last long (mostly use eco mode), though the percentage can be a bit wonky. Hasn't caused problems for me yet, though. Hope this helps, happy riding!

Avoid this shady business and go with any other seller. And don't buy the excuse about the bikes being sold and shipped by Amazon – they were clearly registered by this company, not some unauthorized third party.
