I think Raise is quite user-friendly

I think Raise is quite user-friendly and simple to set favorites and alerts to catch good deals on gift cards. They give you a year to use and test the card. When I’ve had issues, customer service has been great. I wish the support lasted longer than a year because some store locations have more issues using the gift card than others. I’d hate to be over my one year to find out one location can’t accept my card. I like how I can add other gift card numbers and pins to keep them in one place.

I've been using Raise for years and it's a hit or miss with items. Recently got an email about their semi-annual sale but what's on the site doesn't match. Contacted an agent who said it'd be fixed later that night or next morning but it's still wrong. Did another chat and was told the team working on it is gone for the day and they can open a ticket. But also said to check the dates... umm I already said the email doesn't have dates, then refers me to the site. What is the site going to say??? THE POINT IS THAT ITS WRONG ON THE SITE FROM THE EMAIL! I feel like they send out email promotions just to get you to the site and hope you don't notice and still place an order. When it works it's a great site but WHEN IT WORKS.
