I got the wrong order, meant for someone else with the same last name. The only reply I got from their website customer service and phone support was a generic automated message saying my order was delivered and to reach out if I need help. No reply since then. I want a refund. For all the effort they put into advertising these as medical grade products, the lack of support, response, and accuracy is just disgraceful.
