Got matched with an agent from Movoto in Tucson, AZ and it worked out great! The agent was smart, knew a lot, and realy stayed ahead of everything.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I defintely would. Being a licensed professional, I can't suggest working with them. They promise one thing but end up doing the opposite. When they don’t follow through, they take ages to reply, and still expect payment for things they didn’t do. Most of the leads never reply to us or to them. If you point out any differences in what was said, they get aggressive. They only act nice if you just nod along and believe whatever they say. Better to avoid them completly. You have way better choices out there.

Their agents will attempt to bypass the new law that safeguards your rights by pushing you to sign a buyer's agent agreement. They'll claim they can't show you the property without it, which is false. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

Terrible site with unmotivated sellers who only show a street view photo. You need to register and wait for them to give you a tour of the house, which is quite dumb when people just want to check out the interior.

68 Royal St. Georges Way in Rancho Mirage is a terrible rental house. We rented it for five months last winter. Landscape people worked in the yard for two weeks after we moved in. The pool and hot tub smelled bad for three months because of algae and rotten debris. We couldn't use them because the boiler wasn't fixed. 24 dishes were chipped, and patio chair cushions were missing. It took over 6 weeks for replacements. Furniture was awful: torn cushions, broken legs, worn-out. An employee entered without notice. Windows were filthy, blinds had pinholes. Pots and pans were dirty. A stained mattress wasn't replaced for a month, even though there was a new one in the garage. Toilets didn't work right; plumber said they were old. We left on March 31, 2024; it's now June 7, 2024, and we still haven't got our deposit back. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOUSE, BEWARE!

I am specifically looking for homes that are not in 55+ communities, but Movoto does not offer a filter for this, and many property descriptions fail to provide this crucial information. This oversight makes the search process inefficient and a significant waste of time. The lack of relevant filtering options is very disappointing.
