After searching online for a wedding dress without dealing with boutique drama, I discovered Lulus Bridal collection. They have really nice dresses in various styles. I found one from the Luxe Bridal range, ordered it, and it arrived in the UK within 10 days. The quality was impressive, and it fit just right. I thought it was the dress for almost 4 weeks until I saw another one that I liked even more. Worried about the return process, I contacted Lulus and found out it was no problem to start the returns. Just a heads up for UK customers, return postage isn't free, but I knew this before ordering. It was cheaper for me to post it myself than to buy the prepaid postage label. I could track the return parcel the whole way, and after 8 days, the refund was in my bank.

Ik heb de crème en koraal bloemenprint maxi omslagjurk in maat S besteld, wat de aanbeveling van Lulus was, maar het was te groot voor mijn buste. Toen heb ik maat XS besteld die perfect paste op mijn buste, taille, en heupen, alhoewel ik de lengte moest knippen omdat het erg lang was voor iemand van mijn hoogte. 1.52m lang, 53.5 kg, 34A, 26" taille, 36 heupen.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received a tracking number or any indication that my order has been processed. It appears that I've been scammed out of my money, as Lulus has taken payment without fulfilling their end of the transaction. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company to avoid similar issues and potential financial loss.

Today, I was informed my order couldn't be found. Prices seemed too good to be true. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! Update: Now they claim it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors. Nobody has seen the package. They say they will resend it, but it might take 7-14 days. We'll see.
