If I could rate them zero

If I could rate them zero, I definitely would. This company feels like a scam. I tried their free trial and canceled it as soon as I realized the app wasn't what I was looking for. I used their cancel subscription option in the app, so I was shocked to find a charge on my account. I wasn't even using the app, and yet, there it was - a $160 charge! I was about to cancel my debit card, thinking it was a scam, only to discover it was this app. I reached out to them, and someone named KATE BROWN responded. Initially, they said I didn't qualify for a refund, then they offered a 50% refund, and suddenly, it became a 70% refund. It's all so confusing! I didn't agree to a partial refund because I don't even partially use this app. 🤷🏽‍♀️ This feels like plain theft, and it makes me wonder why they ask for your banking details upfront. It's like they're robbing people. 😡

Total scam alert!

Total scam alert! Steer clear and don't sign up. They'll snatch up all your personal info, and what you get in return is generic, useless information. They dangle the promise of a 100% money-back guarantee if it's not for you, but don't be fooled. I made the mistake of signing up for a 7-day trial, and it was my bad for not catching the super tiny, gray small print that sneaks in there, mentioning that the payment will skyrocket from £7 to a whopping £103. I've requested an urgent unsubscribe.

Not cancelling my trial

So I did the 7 day trial. I was unable to even get into the app because apparently my email wasn’t valid… well. I then contacted lasta support immediately. On 04/29/24 I sent them multiple emails stating that I wanted everything cancelled and I do not want to be charged. They finally responded on 05/01/24 confirming email “Please be informed that the auto-prolongation option has been disabled for your existing orders and you will not be billed in the future.” email from lasta!! So now on 05/12/24 I realize there is another 50$ charge to my account…. To say the least I am absolutely NOT happy. And if this doesn’t get resolved I’m going to be even more pissed. Do not use this bs app… I want to say it’s a scam. If I could rate them ZERO I would’ve!

Scam!!!!!! Wish I could give Zero!!!

I wanted to cancel my membership. I did not expect it to be common knowledge stuff that I could get anywhere for free.I wrote them and asked to be canceld and not to be billed because I no longer use this service as of 4/20/2024 and never will. I got the service for 1 month paid and it is not what I expected. As per the information that was advertised I could Cancel my membership at any time and not have auto renewel. I also asked to be sent verification that the service is canceled. I did get a response asking g if I wanted a discount t to continue. I replied again no and to please cancel. I have wrote them several times and still not canceled!!! I'm gonna cancel my payment method. Which I also informed them in writing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. It is impossible to unsubscribe. No support. No response to email. Uncontactable by phone. Feels like an dishonest untrustworthy scam. My next bill is in July and I do not want continue paying for an app I'm not going to use. Signed up for 3 months but don't want to continue. Poor and unprofessional. I'll be contacting my bank. Have also written to Google play.

I had to get my bank involved for a refund.

I saw an advertisement for lasta. I was given 70% off. So I showed have only been charged 29.99. I did not like how the app works so within 15 minutes I asked for a refund. Customer Service is so hard to contact. I went on my bank app to file a dispute and I saw that there was 2 transactions. One was for 30.00 then next was for 49.99, an ebook that they never mentioned. I disputed both charges. Because I agreed to 29.99 not 30. Or 49.99. They should be honest. Then I received an email stating that they will not refund me because I didn't request a refund within 14 day, I requested a refund within 30 minutes. This company is very dishonest. I just received an email stating they will refund my payment, but within 10 days, but in the meantime can I cancel my dispute with my bank. Absolutely not, not until I see my refund! Horrible dishonest and condescending business to say the least.

A very frustrating experience

Buyer beware. Read everything to know what you are signing. Very easy to sign up, but good luck trying to change something or get support around your account. You don't even have access to your own account information! You have to email that you need support and wait a couple of days for them to get back to you before you can even put your question into an email.

issues with Lasta

I signed up for Lasta. After looking at the program and realizing they wanted me to start immediately, I canceled within 2 days because I was on vacation. A week later I sent a reply through their support page (because I can't find a phone number) asking them to let me know that they canceled my subscription. Now I see that they have not refunded my Paypal account and they charged me an additiona $41 for something. I sent another note on the support site again today. I also asked Paypal to look into this.

I signed up for a month trial, and there was a $7 add on for some sort of "one month personalized fitness plan" . I was shocked to see an additional $50 sucked out of my account 3 days later. As soon as this happened I emailed to unsubscribe and to refund the $50 for a product that never even arrived into my inbox. Their response was "oops sorry here are the 4 links to your weekly plan". The links wouldn't open. I replied asking for a full refund for a product that didn't even OPEN. They suggested I read their return policy and they offered me 50% refund. I told them I want that 50% and the OTHER 50% (equaling 100%) because I paid for a product that won't even open. The next email received was the same 4 links (that still won't open) a message saying "these should work" from Robot Chris from Lasta, and letting me know my 50% refund was being processed. I then let him know that AGAIN, the links don't open, I sent screen grabs, along with why type of device I'm using and what browser (safari, the standard that comes with an iPhone) please, at this point I just want my money back. So now it's been 30 days and their guarantee is that if you don't see physical results in 30 days you are entitled to a 100% refund. Well obvious to me that if you can't even open the links it's impossible to use the product, therefore yeilding zero results. So I requested the full refund and guess how Chris the robot responded? YOU ALREADY ACCEPTED THE 50% REFUND SORRY! Are you kidding me???? There is no phone number, there is no human, this is all just stupid AI robot customer service. BEWARE, it's a scam! They will drain your bank account and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I'm pissed. 😡

I recently saw an ad on Facebook promising a free program, so I decided to give it a try. Filled out this long, detailed questionnaire, expecting to get access to the free program they mentioned. But, surprise—no free plan option anywhere. Felt like I wasted my time. I even have a screenshot of the ad saying "get free program," but that didn't seem to matter. Their response didn't address the false advertising issue at all. They didn't offer a free trial or even provide an email address for support. Pretty disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

I tried canceling my 3 Month Plan, got charged $19.54 plus another $9.90 that I never approved. They emailed me today saying my subscription auto-renewal is off and that my Lasta wellness plan expires on 12/02/2024. They suggested extending the subscription manually through the app for uninterrupted access. But they didn't mention anything about a refund or explain what the $9.90 is for. Super frustrating! Does anyone know how to contact them directly? It feels like they’re just making it hard to get any clear answers or help.

I cancelled my mams subscription, they responsed acknowleding this and at the very end of the email is says "we would like to remind you that the auto renewal for your susbcription is still active" my poor mother has been charged another €60 when shes never even used the app 😭

I thought the site was ok. But after a few days I wasn't that impressed. I'm holidaying in Portugal for several months at the moment & lots of the ingredients are difficult to find & impossible to translate. I tried to unsubscribe which I thought I had done several months ago, but I was shocked to see my bank statement after not checking anything for months and they have charged me for 5 months subscription thats even when it says I have cancelled. Even pay pal wont stop the payments !!! Good Luck to everyone who are trying their best to loose those horrible pounds.

The Lasta app is super easy to use and packed with more options than I thought it would be. I really like the way the app guides me on beginning to fast and offers tips for getting it right. Plus, I'm happy it's got exercises, meal plans, and true-info articles to keep my spirits up. Finding new and thrilling workouts in the app was a pleasant surprise, especially since I usually rely on YouTube for my exercise fix and these were fresh and different. So, I got this bill from Lasta on my credit card for their app, but I never even use it. Couldn't figure out how to stop them from charging me automatically. Chris Townley said they canceled it, but I'll only be sure in June if they really did stop charging me.

I recently tried out the Loasta app for three days and found it to be useful, especially if you're into weight loss and fitness. The app focuses on fasting, which I know is a popular method for weight loss. However, I don’t like fasting, so having to use this option wasn’t great for me. Also, I didn’t like the lock screen feature; it seemed unnecessary and a bit annoying. I thought the app would include wellness features related to pregnancy, nursing, and menstruation. Although it does provide some information on menopause and menstruation, I think these topics should be developed into more useful features for better support. Even with these issues, I still suggest the Loasta app to anyone wanting to lose weight and boost their fitness. The app helps in getting fit and has a lot of wellness info that’s important for a healthy lifestyle.

This app is really good!

This app is really good! I lost 20lbs with it. You can track your meals, and it shows what's healthy and what needs more work. It also tracks your water intake. It teaches safe ways to fast and keeps a record of your fasting times. There are so many exercises that anyone can follow, no matter their experience. I've tried other apps that said they could help, but they gave bad advice and were too expensive. Lasta delivers on their promises and is fairly priced. Great value for money! The support I got was absolutely great. Kate was amazing. She replied fast and was always ready to help. She was wonderful! If you want to lose weight the healthy way, I strongly recommend Lasta! Making changes is not simple, but this app helps keep me on track when my motivation drops. The intermittent fasting feature is also great. I’ve been fasting for a while, and this app has made a clear difference for me. My tip? Try the fasting feature, but only if you’re ready to go all-in with it!

I had a great chat with someone from customer service about my account, and it was actually really helpful! Billie Collins was super quick to assist me. I initially got a membership with Lasta because my patients kept asking me for advice, being a physical therapist and all. I wanted to explore the workout plans, and honestly, as a DPT, I’m quite impressed. It’s an awesome introduction to exercises and general wellness maintenance! The exercises are explained clearly and feel safe, and the program seems suitable for just about anyone. Whether you’re just starting or looking to keep up with your wellness routine, it’s definitely worth checking out!
