So, I've been stuck in limbo with these guys for a while now. Because I got hit with COVID, I had to bail on my trip back in August. According to my policy, I should be covered for this kind of illness. I did my part by sending in all the necessary documents on August 25, but since then, I haven't heard a peep from them. I've called three times already, and all they can tell me is that they're still reviewing my case and that they'll call me back. But let's be real, that call hasn't happened yet. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in this company and how they handle their customers.

This company is a complete sham, utterly untrustworthy. My experience has been horrendous, and I'm spreading the word everywhere. Rating: zero stars! Their year-long investigation is a stalling tactic. I'll revise my review when they pay up, but for now, they're liars engaged in damage control. Genuine reviews are stifled by their deceptive tactics. Total scam artists, don't fall for it.

I spent 20-30 minutes on hold on the phone. My claim wasn't processed correctly the first time, and the second time it was vague and confusing. I can't speak to a supervisor, and I had to wait almost 7 weeks for my claim to be processed. I'm not happy at all, but they really don't seem to care.
