I recently purchased a Custom Birthstone Raw Crystal Ring with Citrine and Aquamarine from 37bracelet.com, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The citrine stone in the ring is so transparent that you can see the metal underneath it, which gives it a sloppy and unappealing look. I was really looking forward to receiving a beautiful and well-crafted ring, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations.

Customer service did reply. Unfortunately, I got the WRONG BRACELETS. I sent pictures of what I got (compared to what I ordered), but they didn't match at all. After I sent the images, they insisted that everything was fine with what I received. It felt like the person looking at the pictures didn't really see the difference. The customer service is quite poor.

Bad experience

My experience with 37bracelet.com was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First of all, they completely messed up my order, and it seemed like I received someone else's items instead. The quality of the ring was far from satisfactory, as it was already chipping before it even reached me. When I tried to reach out to customer service and requested a refund according to their supposed money-back policy, they flat-out refused to honor it. Dealing with them was a hassle, and they were difficult to work with throughout the entire process. To add insult to injury, the delivery was extremely delayed, and my mom didn't receive her Mother's Day gift until well after Father's Day. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.

I want to strongly caution you against making a purchase from 37Bracelet. What they display in their Facebook ads and what you actually receive are worlds apart. I ordered a Chakra necklace from them, and when it arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. The seven stones on the necklace are dull and far from appealing. Additionally, it took a significant amount of time for my order to arrive, and to make matters worse, there was no tracking information provided whatsoever. Furthermore, they advertise having 24/7 customer service, but this is simply not true. I've sent emails and messages trying to contact them, and I've received absolutely no response. This whole experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated! 😡

Poor craftsmanship

I purchased 2 engraved rings. One had my wedding date and the other the day of my husband's passing. The engraving is so lite you cannot read it unless you are in an extraordinary bright light. Very disappointing, I would have had better luck with a hammer and chisel. Requested a refund and was told there wasn't anything wrong with the product I just needed to be in better light. WTF I should be able to see the engraving in any light. What a rip off. I'm filing a complaint with my bank tomorrow. Piss poor workmanship and a ripoff. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
