The orders always come quickly, and the packaging is really good, nothing is ever broken. I also get a small sample with every purchase. The only issue I have is with the website, it’s a bit hard to navigate. Even when searching for something specific, it takes a long time to find. Despite this, I still shop here every couple of months and enjoy it.

Stylevana is my go-to for all my favorite COSRX products! Prices are always great, and the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals were even better this year. Shipping is usually pretty quick too. Last time I chose the cheapest option, and it still arrived in 10 days, even though I’m in the US! It’s nice to know my products won’t be expired or damaged, which has happened to me with Amazon. Now, I only trust Stylevana for my Korean skincare, and I even got my best friend into it! She just placed her first order last night 🖤🖤🖤 Thanks!

I decided to leave a review for future buyers like myself. I placed an order on 22nd October 2024 and got my products around 4 weeks later. The delivery went well, and the packaging was very good. Everything arrived safely without any damage. Even though it took a while, I would still consider ordering again and I would recommend the company.

One of the items in my order wasn’t in stock, but there was no notice of this when I made the purchase. Why isn't this information shown at checkout? Even after that, I didn’t get any updates until I reached out to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. Nobody could tell me when the missing item would be in stock or when the full order would ship. Customer service hasn’t replied at all since then. I won't be ordering here again for sure.

I’d give no stars if it were an option. This website has caused nothing but issues. My order was placed months ago and hasn’t arrived. I’ve reached out to Stylevana with proof, but they have yet to respond to my emails. Disapointing service from start to finish.

Delivery took a while, but the prices are really good. It took nearly 1 month for my order to ship, and overall it took about 6 weeks to get my items. The lower prices at Stylevana made it worth it. My order shipped from Hong Kong to the UK, which explains the long delivery time. I got a notification from Royal Mail after about a month, and it was a bit confusing since it was their 48-Hour service, with no updates on tracking for 3 days. When I reached out to Stylevana, they informed me that updates come only after the package arrives in the UK. I think they should clarify this for customers, but I’m satisfied with my products and the service I got.

It’s been a terrible experience! I ordered from your website over 3 weeks ago, order #BWSVEUB1000128490, placed in July. I double checked the address and even gave it again when there were problems, but it was right from the start. Yet, after all this time, no sign of my package. I’ve politely requested for you to sort this out and refund me as fast as possible. But still, no response from your side. I am really unhappy with how this is going. Still hoping for my refund!

Fraud and Scam

I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I had the worst experience with Stylevana, and I’m absolutely furious. I placed an order No. BWSVAUA160412296 on 31st July 2024 while visiting Australia, but it never arrived on time. Before leaving on 13th August, I instructed Australia Post to return the package if it was delivered after my departure. Well, it was delivered on 14th August, and Australia Post followed my instructions, returning the package to Stylevana’s warehouse on 16th August. I even received tracking confirmation from Australia Post that the package was delivered successfully to Stylevana's warehouse. Since then, I’ve been emailing Stylevana repeatedly, providing ALL the proof that the order was returned and asking for my refund of 88AUD. How did they respond? They didn’t. They ignored every single one of my emails until I had to post a negative review on Jabbar just to get any attention. When they finally replied, they had the nerve to offer me a useless AUD88 coupon – despite clear proof that the order was NOT lost and was already in their warehouse! It's been THREE MONTHS of constant emails to this company and they are ignoring my requests. Their response is beyond disgusting. It’s like talking to a BOT, with the same scripted nonsense over and over, refusing to acknowledge that they have my returned order! This company is a scam. They’ve stolen my money and are now forcing me to buy from them again, as if I’d ever give them another cent. Their customer service is non-existent, and they prey on customers with their shady practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They’ll take your money and run, and if you’re lucky enough to even get a reply, they’ll just offer you a pathetic coupon to silence you. STYLEVANA IS A TOTAL SCAM! Refund me my money.

I’ve bought from Stylevana a few times, and it was kind of a mixed bag. Some orders took way too long to arrive. I feel like they list things on the website that they don’t even have in stock, and then they have to get them from somewhere else after you place your order. They really shouldn’t sell stuff they don’t already have on hand. Sometimes, I do get my order fast, but it’s a bit of a gamble, really. You never know if what you’re buying is actually in their warehouse or not. The prices are nice and they have lots of brands, though. Eventually, your order will come, you just gotta be patient. On the bright side, their customer service responds quickley.

And why couldn't they send the order in different packages to prevent delays? I had to buy new skincare products from another store since I didn't think shipping would take so long.

Consistently bombarding with promo pop-ups is very irritating. Having to uncheck the subscribe to promos box multiple times is a big no for me. Most likely, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I am waiting for over 6 weeks for my order to at least be shipped (all goods supposedly in stock). Wrote 5-6 times to support over the last 3 weeks only to be completely ignored! There is absolutely no communication with the customer and I worry I will never see my order nor my money. I will NEVER BUY HERE again and strongly advise anyone to do the same!!

I've ordered about 3 times to the US, and all packages arrived without any issues. I always pick items that ship in 24 hours. It’s worth noting since some items say ‘Will ship within 30 days,’ which is easy to miss. Generally, it takes about 2 weeks for delivery. Also, the mystery gift is often 'unavailable.' I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago, but they haven’t shipped them. I emailed several times with no reply. I requested a cancellation, and they agreed but now they are not giving my money back. How long has it been? Frauds. If they don’t return my money by Monday, I’ll consult a lawyer and make a complaint.

Order #BWSVXXA101611424 I am very disappointed with this company's poor customer service. I placed an order 24 DAYS AGO and still have not gotten any updates on my package. The tracking link they gave me is totally broken—it's useless! I paid extra for insured delivery, expecting timely updates and safe delivery, but I've been left without any information. For the last FOUR DAYS, I have been asking for a refund, and they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving it to me. This is completely unacceptable! How can a company ignore a customer who paid for insured shipping and then refuse to handle a simple refund? I would NOT suggest this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from them completely!

I had to email them, and after 4 days, they said it would ship "soon" with no date given. Eventually, the order arrived with everything I wanted. I tried again, thinking the first issue was a fluke... but it wasn't! No updates again. I got a PayPal refund for an item but no communication from stylevana about the refund or missing items. I got a broken item but couldn't return it because I missed the 48-hour report window. They said they can't accept my claim. I was away, and my roommate got the parcel, so I couldn't report it in time. They won't give me a free return label; I have to pay to ship it from the UK to Hong Kong. Worst CS ever! I'd AVOID this company completely.

Stylevana consistently offers great sales and I appreciate how members receive an automatic discount. I've discovered many great deals in the secret sale section. Whenever I compare my Stylevana cart to other KBeauty sites, SV always has the better deal, and the variety is unmatched. They also have good coupons that include full-sized products. Shipping is decent if you pick items that are in stock. Can't say enough, I just like Stylevana.

My second time orderin korean skincare stuff from Stylevana and not really sure why they've been rated so poorly by others. They offer good prices, often cheaper compared to UK based businesses. I usually order a decent amount to get free shipping and pay a bit extra for shipping insurance. Considering how much cheaper the products are, I think it's worth it to make sure you're covered in case something happens with the courier company. I placed an order which was delivered after 8 working days. Also I had a problem accessin the website and emailed customer services. To my surprise, I got a prompt response within 24hrs and problem solved. Very happy customer and will be using again!
