Just got my parcel from Vinero — finally! Ordered two cases of fine French wine. Took ages to arrive, but totally worth the wait. The bottles came in the original wooden crates with the winery’s logo — proper classy stuff. Really chuffed with it. Cheers!

Nice work Vinero! I got a box of Greek wine that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The courier sent me an automated email with a tracking number. The package came in good conditon.

I tried reaching out to ask if they had more wines from the same Greek winery, but they replied after 5 days, by which time my order had already been sent. I got an email from FedEx about the delivery date. The wines arrived in good condition just 3 days after that.

They did not send my order, and they don't reply to messages or emails. I haven't received my refund, so this is a scam. Avoid this company. I purchased a 200e whiskey, but there was no package, no refund, absolutely nothing. I will report this to the police.

I've sent 3 emails to the company with no reply. The UK phone number doesn’t work; I've attempted to call it several times. Very disapointing. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I bought a variety of 15 Romanian wines for delivery in the UK, and I'm very pleased with the order. The delivery took about 3 weeks because of new border rules. Customer service could use some improvement, but when I reached someone, they were really helpful. I'll surely place another order!

I just bought some rum bottles from this site, spending over £100. Unfortunately, my order never arrived, and the seller hasn't responded to my messages. It seems like this website is run by scammers. I wouldn't recommend using it or buying anything. I give them a 0-star rating because they're not reliable and have terrible customer support. Be careful with your money!

After spending approximately €280, I received a single confirmation email from EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION SRL and another from the company itself. Despite multiple follow-up emails and attempted calls to various addresses, there has been no response. This lack of communication raises concerns about their customer service reliability or, worse, the possibility of a scam. It's disheartening and strongly advises potential customers to exercise caution and, if possible, consider alternative options to avoid similar issues.
