Huge selection, easy returns

Ordered waders and a hoodie; shipping was quick and sizing true. I returned boots in-store after trying at home, refund processed fast. One carrier delay on ammo meant a day late, but communication and inventory beat other retailers.

Simple order gone bad

Ordered a putter, came in wrong. They couldn't guarantee the replacement would come in correct either. How do you get any order right when they know that can't confirm accuracy? I have an idea how....do NOT do business with them. No matter how much help I asked for their attitudes and professionalism never improved. Not even the supervisor would help. I had to drive an hour to get my money back all they way across Dallas at 5pm on Friday to solve their problem. They just aren't worth it. Here's why I didn't send it back and trust them.....another review from a dissatisfied customer. They kept his money as I feared...... The package arrived fine, though it was delivered 2 days later. I wouldn't suggest buying it for 2 reasons. It's way too small, and they send whatever color they want without giving the customer the chance to choose. I wanted a blue one and got a white one instead. Oh well.

Went in to purchase a bike for my daughter.

Went in to purchase a bike for my daughter. Had an associate named Ray come and help out immediately. He was very knowledgeable in bikes and had a great sense of humor. Would recommend buy a bike there and hopefully you get Ray to help you out.

Ordered a new paddle.

Ordered a new paddle. Came packed good, but looks like it was used and scuffed up. Also, if you sign up for their emails, you'll get lots of Christian stuff. I'm cool with them being Christians, but I didn't sign up for religious emails.

The company's team made our time there enjoyable. When we walked in, they greeted us. The person at the cash register was nice and mentioned the military discount my husband could get. We also liked the sales they had.

The company was really nice and understanding. They offer a discount for Veterans which is great. One of the staff members reminded me to make sure I got my Veterans discount. When I was paying, he made sure again that I got the discount. Everyone was polite and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.
