I would definitely suggest buying from REPRESENT. My son wanted a t-shirt, so I ordered it, but it got lost in the mail. I reached out to them, and they did everything possible to find it. Although they couldn’t, they quickly sent a replacement. Their customer support is great. The t-shirt finally arrived, and its quality is amazing. My son loves it, and he even bought more items, including a hoodie. The hoodie is the BEST quality I’ve seen. It’s so thick, holds up well in the wash, and has never lost its shape like others of the same price.

This was my first time buying from Represent and I’m not too happy. The hoodie is good quality but it’s not really oversized. I got an XXL, and while it fits, there isn’t much extra space. The delivery was supposed to come on 2/1/25 according to the emails from Represent and Royal Mail, but it didn’t show up until 7/1/25. I like the hoodie, but the service could’ve been better.

Disappointing customer service.

Disappointing customer service. I've been waiting 75 days for a refund. I sent them an email with proof of return and tracking number, but they keep asking for a paper receipt and ignore all other information I provide. £185 seems lost. I won't spend any more money at Represent.

The clothing is spot-on, a real 10/10 for quality and comfort. The initial range is great, from the feel to how nice it is to wear. However, the shoes are a letdown. I need shoes that can be worn all day, but these start to hurt quickly. They should improve on durability and comfort along with the style, as the style is already good. My experience would be a 9.9/10, just missing better shoes.

I recently had a nightmare experience with my order from Represent. When my package finally arrived, it was completely empty, like someone had opened it and resealed it during transit. I was shocked and immediately reached out to Represent. Instead of helping me, they made me feel like I was the one at fault. They said I had to take part in a police investigation, which made no sense to me. I also reported the issue to the postal service, hoping to get some answers. Meanwhile, Represent was no help at all. They told me to fill out a form and said they’d get back to me in two weeks. Seriously, two weeks? I was left hanging with no idea if I would get a refund or if they would resend the items. Their response was just as vague and unhelpful as before, only mentioning that they were investigating. No word on whether I’d get my money back or if they’d replace the goods. I mean, someone clearly stole my stuff, and I’m the one left dealing with all the hassle. The lack of communication and support from Represent is just disgraceful. I understand things can go wrong during shipping, but making the customer feel blamed and providing zero reassurance is just unacceptable. I’m really disappointed and would think twice before ordering from them again.
