However, we noticed the ticket price was much lower than what Ninjarail charged us. When we asked about this, they just gave us generic responses about taxes and service fees. We tried to get a clear explanation, but it didn’t lead anywhere. Feels like they are charging way too much, so it might be smarter to buy directly from the railway company.

The actual cost of the train tickets from Porto to Lisbon was €31.90 each. However, you charged £102 for the tickets. I find the commission charge of £32 to be ridiculous.

Morally and ethically corrupt

I simply tried to change date of my travel one day later. Gave me special dispensation despite paid full price and took extra payment,. Having taken extra payment then sent me corrupt link only let me choose same train same date. I tied numerous ways to get support and complain. I only ever got told about my problem and my mistake. Deal with these people at your peril. They are a true scam. Eventually got a supervisor after writing numerous mails and reviews to again simply that my mistake my problem. They refused to explain why they agreed to change without telling me about a charge. They also insisted I picked the same train I wanted to change. There is one customer representative who should get a special mention for neglect and absolute shocking service. Nick G whoever the hell you are how do you live with yourself treating people the way you do. Clearly your organisation lets you do as you please and backs you doing it. If we have to deal with organisations and service like this surely we will eventually stop yravelling

Scammer

I was buying a train ticket from Lisbon to Porto online. The first website that showed up was Rail Ninja as if it was the official website for the train company. Not paying attention, I clicked on it and purchased two tickets. When I got the tickets, I realized that they charged me more than twice the price. I blame the greedy blood sucking money hungry Google for this. Rail Ninja pays google to be first on the search result in order to scam people. I cancelled the tickets and they will refund only 69% of my money. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. I am requesting full refund. Apparently, this is a Chinese company. No surprise here.

Support is auch wenig hilfsbereit - hatte einen Fehler bei der Buchung und der Bearbeiten-Button funktionierte nicht - man muss den Support kontaktieren. Obwohl man vom Ticket abspringt - muss man die Daten erneut eingeben - das ging mit dem Handy nicht so richtig gut - und als ich das dann ein paar Stunden später vom Laptop versuchte - war die angebliche Bearbeitungs-Zeit abgelaufen und der Volle Preis wurde berechnet.

Rail Ninja is disappointing. I booked a journey from Venice to Vienna for five people, and was charged AUD 1210 without clarity on the total cost. Two months later, I received the tickets, revealing that the real fare was under AUD 400, with Rail Ninja’s "service fee" being way more than the ticket price! Be cautious with this company. They replied with a standard response, which did not explain their high "service fee." It feels unfair, and unfortunately, I learned this too late!

I really don't understand why they ask us to leave reviews when they issue tickets priced at half of what we actually paid. I thought it was a genuine site, but it's not. Just stay away. You also can't use them for claims because the ticket price listed is much lower. My tickets say around 50k won, but they billed me around 100k won. Usually, a small markup wouldn't bother me, but finding out it was double the price is really anoying. They keep asking for feedback, which is funny!

Fake reservations

We booked 1 class Oslo to Bergen with seat reservation. Same seit was occupied with another valid booking. So we claimed immediate ti Railnija. They do nothing. Fortunately we found a place in 2nd class. Railninja refused to refund the difference between 1 and 2nd class cause of God and force majeure. I recommend to book direkt by vy.no.

We booked 2 first class tickets Burgen to Oslo, we wanted to change the date to the next day. They charged us $60 per ticket commission, then another $60 per ticket to change to the following day. Such a rip off. Avoid this company at all Costs.

We reserved two seats next to each other facing the way we like because we suffer from motion sickness, so it’s important to have that option. The website was simple to use, and we got our receipt right away via email, followed by a second email with the tickets to download. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit unsure after reading other reviews, but we had no issues at all.

The only small problem was that the tickets were in Hungarian, so we couldn’t check our seats.
