Supervisor "Patty" displayed rudeness and shifted blame to my bank. Despite canceling within a minute, PowerLife's delayed response affected exchange rates. Customer service displayed indifference, refusing compensation or a voucher. This payment issue, coupled with poor customer service, leaves a negative impression before even trying the product. Tony, address these flaws for a more customer-friendly experience.
