Won't come fix new treadmill that has never started

I bought a treadmill on 1/3/26. It has a code E7. After the first email, they said i would receive a response in 10 business days. Than i got a response than had to wait another 7 days for another response. This treadmill has not worked since putting it together. there a part that is super warm when i plug it in an clearly a defective part. They don't want to send someone to come fix the garbage they make. Don't waste your money.

Disappointed

I was so excited to use my Horizons EX-59 Elliptical! It's a little pricey so my family got me one as a gift. My husband and I put it together easily on 8/30/25. I use it 4 days a week. The first week I noticed a small squeak (right side) that has gotten louder and progressed to both sides. I registered the product so I thought customer service would be helpful. After contacting them and giving them the additional information they requested I was told that they could not assist me, that the warranty is invalid because I did not have the original sales receipt. What's the point of registrating the product? The machine works (loudly) and that's the only reason I gave them 1 star.

No customer service, damaged treadmill

If I could leave less stars I would. Treadmill was received on Jan 29th, box was damaged, opened box with driver and treadmill was severely damaged. He said he couldn’t take it. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get it replaced. 5 months later now they want a restocking fee and want me to pay return shipping???? I’m assuming this company is a ripoff, scammer company. Do NOT deal with them. I’m calling my CC company. Never return calls, never return emails. Their customer service is a joke. Warning! Ripoff company.

Placing my order was fast and simple. Horizon provided the best deal with their full guarantee. I’m a bit concerned about the return costs and the 20% restocking fee, though. As for the item, since I just bought it, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it meets my hopes and delivers even more.

I would have been happier if I could

I would have been happier if I could pick a delivery time for the white glove service. Instead, I have to call or wait for an email. But everything else is easy, and Horizon's customer service is good. I'll review again when I get, set up, and use the T101 Treadmill.

The treadmill was okay for about a year, but getting help is a joke. They'll find any reason to say you messed up the warranty. Like, I didn't use some super fancy outlet in my house and apparently having it in my well-done garage gym with proper insulation is a big no-no.

my delivery from Horizon was an absolute mess, and to top it off, they straight-up ignored my support request. Seriously? It's like they're not bothered about making sure you actually get what you shelled out big bucks for. Not cool at all. If they're playing deaf to support requests, that's a big red flag in my book

it's been a rough ride with

it's been a rough ride with autoimmune rheumatoid – new symptoms popping up left and right, skin lesions, hair falling out, the whole shebang. Almost went for the 7.0 at, but guess what swayed us? The Sprint 8 on their mid-tier 7.4 at. Figured the whole fam could get some benefits out of it. Shoutout to this company's rep – that's what sealed the deal for us. Hope the folks at Horizon catch wind of this and send over some sweet HF water bottles. Plus, that extra $100 off at checkout? A real holiday mood lifter, especially in this gloomy economic climate crisis. Cheers to a better vibe and some health improvements coming our way!
