They should require hosts to provide a phone number (make it a rule), or you waste too much time trying to get in touch with the host if there's an emergency during your stay.

The company made booking very simple. The only problem was the webbsite. Each time I tried to access it, I gotted an error message. But I could connect with the host directly, so that's how I managed it.

Plus, there were so many unexpected charges, so I won't be booking with peer space in the future. I'm planning a birthday party for my mom, and the price was just as it was listed.

Peerspace seems alright at first, but when the host messes up, they don't have your back. It's even worse if the host is a super host. My past experiences were fine until I needed assistance. Their communication is really bad too. It takes them forever to reply, and they always seem to side with the host, no matter what proof you provide.

Attempts to contact them have been futile, as phone calls go unanswered, and multiple "contact us" submissions have received zero response. This platform has not only left me unpaid but has put me in a financial bind, as I had to cover costs for staff and overhead without receiving the promised payment. Extremely dissatisfied with this service.
