Bought a sweater for my son's birthday and paid for expedited shipping, hoping it'd get here on time. Well, it showed up 11 days later through regular USPS mail. When I reached out to complain, the customer service just didn't care. They even argued it arrived within ten business days because they counted from the shipping date, not the order date. But if you count from when I ordered, it was definitely more than ten days. How is that expedited shipping? They clearly don't understand customer service. Definitely won't be shopping there again.
