First sitter ghosted me during our meeting time, later saying they dozed off at dinner time. Seriously? Not cool. Second sitter was all over the place with replies, then bailed last minute because "the dates didn’t suit" her, even though her calendar said otherwise. What's really bugging me? You can't leave reviews for sitters unless they actually take care of your pet. Bad communication should be reviewable too. And reporting someone? Forget it. Pawshake needs to fix this.
