Wish I had bought it earlier. Very strong! It moves easily on wheels, no heavy lifting ;) It has a “roof top door” for easy access to your pets. We have 2 Classic American Bullies around 60-65lbs., and don’t worry - neither can escape. Lylah really likes the kennel and goes there to relax. Customer Service: We needed new mats for the kennel because the corners had cracks, and they sent replacements fast. Time from the first email to getting the mats was about a week.

They told us that crate isn’t made anymore, but they handled it and sent our refund in just a few days. Also said we could pick a different model on their site. Overall, I wouldn’t mind ordering from them again.
