Bought another Doglemi Soft & Comfortable Dog Cone for my pup, but ran into a hiccup with USPS delaying the delivery. I got this kennel thinking it might be a tight squeeze for my huskies, but wow, was I wrong! It's super spacious, and both my dogs can chill in there with plenty of room to spare. The design turned out stunning, and even my little escape artists haven't managed to break free yet. They seem pretty content, and that makes me happy. My only gripe? Those instructions. Felt like trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces. But once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing from there. Overall, it's been a game changer for us. My dogs love it, and I love not worrying about them getting out all the time.

My dog has been wreaking havoc at home due to her separation anxiety, ripping through everything, including the wire crates we bought for her. But this new kennel? It's like a fortress! She hasn't managed to break out of it yet. Putting it together was pretty straightforward too. If your dog is strong and always escapes from wire crates, I really think you should try this one. It’s held up impressively well for us, and it might just be the solution you’re looking for.

They told us that crate isn’t made anymore, but they handled it and sent our refund in just a few days. Also said we could pick a different model on their site. Overall, I wouldn’t mind ordering from them again.

This company's product is exactly what we needed! We've tried lots of cones but none worked for our cat until we found this flat one from Lily and Max. It's perfect! Our cat can't bite himself and he's comfortable wearing it. He can do everything like running, eating, drinking, and sleeping with it on. So glad we found this product!

This kennel is larger than expected but works great and is really cool. I bought two for my huskies and they both fit easily with plenty of space. The final product looks nice and it's holding up against my clever dogs! My main issue is that the instructions were not very clear.

I recently got these cone collars for my foster kittens after their spay/neuter surgeries and they’ve been a lifesaver! They're perfectly sized, making it tough for the little ones to wriggle out of them. The only hiccup was the shipping time. It took longer than I expected once it left the warehouse. If you're planning to use these, make sure to order them at least two weeks before your kittens' surgeries to avoid any stress. Other than that, they work great and the kittens don’t seem too bothered by them. Definitely a must-have for anyone fostering or caring for recovering kittens.

My dog needed eye surgery and the big cones were NOT helping her. I tried a lot of options. I was happy with the product itself, paid more for quick shipping, and it did arrive fast. I got the largest size but it still wasn't big enough for my dog's fat neck. This didn't work well for her, but I will save it for any future pets or to give to a friend who might need it.

First and foremost, I want to provide a completely genuine review. The parka jacket I purchased was indeed of good quality. However, what was not apparent to me, and seemingly to many other shoppers, is that the jacket has a very tight fit with zero flexibility for dogs of different body shapes. This lack of flexibility led to numerous complaints about the fit. My dog is a small, skinny Chihuahua weighing around 5 lbs. The jacket fits most of her body, except for her hind legs, restricting her movement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product unless the design is modified to incorporate more stretchability in the sleeves. Now, regarding the company, when I brought this issue to their attention, they showed little interest in resolving the problem for me. Despite requesting a refund for the unused product, they declined and offered store credit instead. While I eventually accepted the credit, I was disappointed with the customer service and the design of the product.

Save yourself the hassle!

I recently tried to order a coat for my tiny dog, and it was a disaster. First, I ordered a small, then a medium, large, and even extra large, but none of them fit. My dog is just 7 pounds! The company suggested a 2x LL, which made no sense at all. Now they’re refusing to refund me. It’s so frustrating! Just a heads up, you might end up losing your money like I did. I think I'll stick with Amazon from now on, their return process is so much easier and stress-free. Save yourself the hassle!

My order is just sitting there! I placed my order, and it quickly went into delivery status (around 3 days or so), but when I checked with USPS, they claimed they never received the package. I've tried reaching out through the chat, even though it seems like no one is ever on, and I've sent two messages, but I haven't heard a single reply. It's been five days since the USPS label was created, and my package is still just waiting.

My order took over three weeks to ship, and when I reached out to inquire about it, the status suddenly changed to "shipped" and "delivered" on the same day. However, I never received the package. Despite my concerns, the company is asserting that since I received a delivery email, the package must have been stolen. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to provide a refund or send a replacement product.
