Lensfactory has done it again!
Lensfactory has done it again! I recently sent my glasses to Lensfactory for new lenses. Unfortunately, the stone on the frame got damaged in the process. I wasn’t upset at all because I trusted they would take care of it. The staff was great in handling everything—they immediately accepted responsibility and gave me a new pair of glasses, free of charge! Things can go wrong, but how a company deals with it is what matters. Their customer service was quick, professional, and focused on fixing the problem. I walked away happy and would definitely consider coming back because of how well they handled the situation. They’ve earned my loyalty time and time again, and I’m thankful for that. Thanks and thanks to Zack for the laughs too!
