I usually check reviews on Trustpilot before buying stuff, they're super helpful. Anyway, I messed up my order the other day, totally forgot to add a coupon. So, I reached out to the company's customer service. They were awesome, really quick and polite. They refunded the discount without any hassle. Working in customer service myself, I can spot when a company genuinely cares about their customers. And this company? You can just feel it's a part of their culture, not just a one-off thing. It's refreshing to see businesses like this nowadays. Definitely makes me want to shop with them again.

You wouldn't believe how helpful

You wouldn't believe how helpful the customer service was when I messed up my order. I accidentally picked the wrong size, and dainty customer service jumped right in to help me sort it out. It was almost like they read my mind because they immediately offered a discount and free shipping, which, let's be honest, who doesn't love that? The emails were quick and straight to the point, making everything so much easier and quicker. Now, I'm just counting down the days until my new items get here. It's not often you come across service that really goes the extra mile, but this was definitely one of those times.

Deceptive business practices

This company has a refund policy in writing suggesting no cost returns to include shipping. I order my size XL and it was ridiculously small so rather than return them thinking it was my mistake zi ordered 2x of which was virtually the same size. In an effort to return both they want to sell me a 3rd set half price but i couldn’t return the first two orders and zi had to pay shipping. Dishonesty at its worst

Agent is a 5/5. 3/5 - Not being able to fully exchange due to the product's shipping origin is a bit annoying. Especially when there's a thing called "30 day fit assurance" but still having to pay 50% of the reorder.

I really like the product, so much that I got

I really like the product, so much that I got one for my wife too.. the customer service was awesome. I ordered the wrong size for myself and decided to return it, but they told me to keep it and sent me a new one with a discount.. now I can give the smaller one to my wife.. it works great and is surprisingly powerful... be prepared lol and have a towel nearby, you'll definitely need it lol 😆.. it definitely does the job!!!
