My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. Despite their website proudly proclaiming their commitment to customer service, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. They failed to respond to any of my emails and messages, leaving me in the dark. To compound the issue, their listed phone number directs you to a UK office that perpetually appears to be closed, with a recorded message providing vague instructions about their working hours, without specifying the time zone. This lack of communication and support is exasperating. I strongly advise against doing business with a company that appears to be suffering from an identity crisis and struggles to provide customer service from the same country it serves. Save your money and frustration by choosing a more reliable retailer.

I always wear a size small wetsuit in every brand I’ve ever purchased. Since PEAK wetsuits were on sale, I decided to order a few from Watersports Outlet. I carefully checked their size chart and confirmed that small was the right size. When they came, they didn’t fit and were too tight, so I had to send them back, which cost me $17. Thankfully, they only charged me for one return even though the orders came separately with two different order numbers. (Giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because I only paid the $17 once and the return service staff were very polite and helpful.)

Overall, a good experience! I ran into a problem when the shipping address was changed to my billing address before I could check out, which I didn’t notice since I had already put in the shipping date before the date it was due. This happened after business hours, and I needed the product before a trip. I ended up ordering another one with the correct shipping address and got in touch with customer service the next day, who helped me fix everything quickly. I placed an order for a wetsuit from WSO last Wednesday, and to my surprise, it was dispatched from the UK the same day, with no additional shipping charges. Much to my amazement, the wetsuit reached my home in Michigan, USA by Friday afternoon. It's somewhat unbelievable but in a positive way. Even if a similar suit were accessible in the US, the speedy delivery and free shipping would be hard to match. Without a doubt, WSO has gained my trust, and I foresee making future purchases from them.

The order arrived on schedule and was delivered without any issues. It was a bag for my bodyboard. Solidly built, with enough space to fit two bodyboards. Just a heads up: Delta, for instance, treats each bodyboard and surfboard (like the one I purchased) as one piece of luggage. No hassle at all. A lot of other companies rely on USPS, which tends to be late with deliveries. I still prefer UPS or FEDX, or any other reliable carrier.

En het is inderdaad aangekomen, ondanks dat het vrij kort dag was. Iemand bij water sports outlet heeft zijn best gedaan tijdens de kerstvakantie om mijn bestelling snel te verwerken!!! De kwaliteit is goed en de klantenservice is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Every time I buy anything online, everyone wants a review or feedback, "on a scale of 1 to 5...". Oh, and don’t miss the Guidelines for Reviewers...do I work for you? Didn’t I give you cash for the stuff and shipping and tax? For a total that did not surpass $100.

Gull's wetsuits are fine, and the help from Watersports Outlet was very good. I appreciated that the package was not dropped off at the address I gave when we were away; instead, it was sent to CVS Pharmacy for security.
