I am extremely disappointed with Vestiaire Collective's handling of my recent sale. Despite the fact that the item was meticulously checked and validated by two witnesses in my home, the company abruptly canceled the sale, claiming that the item was not defective. I strongly suspect that an irresponsible and uneducated individual tampered with the package, causing damage to the item.
To emphasize my commitment to transparency, I consistently provided photographic evidence of the item's condition before each shipment. Unfortunately, it appears that even with such precautions, trust in this company is misplaced. In my previous transactions involving direct shipping, I experienced smooth processes and received numerous compliments from satisfied buyers. However, it is disheartening to note that with every sale through Vestiaire Collective, they seem to scrutinize the item excessively, searching for any minor flaw or discrepancy, even when clearly described in the product description. This pattern of behavior results in the cancellation of sales and tarnishes my reputation as a seller.
Adding to the frustration, Vestiaire Collective deleted the canceled sale from my sales history, making it impossible for me to obtain a reference number. Such practices only reinforce my concerns about the company's reliability and integrity. It is truly disconcerting that a platform meant for seamless fashion transactions has become a source of stress and distrust.
