Purchased a 4-night Orlando deal by phone. Rep was courteous and clear about blackout dates and a tour requirement, but upsells popped up. Emails arrived promptly with vouchers. Rebooking once took two calls and a wait. We still saved money, yet deposit refund steps felt fussy.

SCAM at every level - STAY AWAY

This place is a complete scam at every point of contact and plan for your vacation. The list of the first vacation locations - continually narrowed down, often many hours away from the nearest airport. Booking the trip - took multiple calls, several hours. We then told had to pay more upfront for "resort fees" later called a "room upgrade." Then after we booked our flight a few weeks later I found out that despite having a confirmation email that the hotel was booked for the dates in question I started to get concerned by communications from them. Well, rightly so. They only booked the room for one of the four nights. Saying they will book the rest once we attend the presentation/tour. However, they scheduled that for our last day there?? So they wouldn't pay for any days despite our openness of what day they wanted us to go and them booking our trip dates knowing when the presentations were. So we were left with no hotel room but the first day despite the confirmation email. Then I got multiple calls that the day/time of the tour/presentation had changed. Fine - we adjusted. Then a week or so later they told us the destination pulled out. You would think that would be their assumption of risk but we were told this trip was no longer something they were a part of. This is after we invested in nonrefundable flight to a place we really didn't want to go but it was the best option on the limited list for first trips. And now we had to find a hotel for our stay at our cost. I repeatedly escalated the situations, asked to talk to manager or legal and was told there is no one that works there but front line representatives. All in all this was about a 50-60 hour time investment with my calls to them or them calling me sometimes 4-5 times a day to change things. We had originally paid a $500 fee to join this offer - they have refused to refund that despite us getting no value of any kind from it. My credit card thankfully refunded the "resort fee"/Room upgrade which had recently been charged. I had explained to them it was fraudulent to keep that money and/or use it for something else (at one point they offered to credit it toward our next "first" trip). They were given permission to charge that amount for our specific trip, for a specific purpose, for a specific time frame. So just keeping our money and/or crediting it to another trip is fraud. Yea we won't be booking anything with them again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER OR IN OUR CASE MULTIPLE WAYS

Total rip-off

Vacationoffers.com charged me a fee for a 5 day 4 night stay (with a 90 min sales presentation) in Las Vegas. There was a $16 fee, and there was to be a one-time $42 resort fee that I would pay later to the hotel. It turned out to be $53/day plus taxes. Then they only gave one night at the hotel and I had to check out and go do the presentation before I could check back in. This meant that I had to figure out what to do with my luggage all day. This was not disclosed up front. There were all kinds of hassles with the hotel and with trying to figure out what to do with my luggage. I was supposed to get two free tickets of my choice and I chose the jump from the Strat. When I went to collect my free tickets.I was told that I had to go over to the strat when I was ready to do the jump and call them from there. I did that. I was told that there were no more spaces available. I was standing at the counter , and she told me there were two spaces available. I told the guy on the phone this information and he said , I could go ahead and buy a ticket and they would reimburse me later if I kept the receipt, which I did. I spent more time on the phone trying to straighten out all their many screw ups than I did actually having a vacation... It was literally hours on the phone every day. They put you on hold while they supposedly go email somebody, and there's nobody like a supervisor that you can talk to. I have emailed them about the reimbursement fee, and by the way, I only got 1 jump instead of 2. I have heard nothing back. Calling them is completely useless because you get some foreign person that you can barely hear who has no authority to do anything. This whole thing is a giant rip-off, and they lie about everything. One person tells you one thing and another person tells you something else. They also don't tell you that you have to find your own transportation over to where the sales pitch is, & it's longer than the 90 min. they say.

Terrible experience – They took our money but didn't book the hotel!

We drove 6 hours from SoCal to Las Vegas for our long-awaited vacation, only to arrive at 11 PM and be told by the hotel that **** never made our reservation. Despite purchasing this package 2 years ago, confirmed with their representative (****). we were left stranded with nowhere to stay. When we called for help, nobody answered, and our emails were ignored. A representative named **** was nice on the phone and even asked us to leave a 5-star review before we went—but it seems like that is all they care about: getting good reviews, not actually delivering the service. We paid in full for nothing. Save your money and book directly with the hotel.

This place is a scam! Inside and out!

Vacation Offer looks great outside. But rotten to the core inside. What do you expect from owners who were arrested in 2025 for stealing $7Million in Utah. Skipping paying employees. Then finding another outsourced company overseas. To do the same thing. Now to us customers. Booked a trip to Orlando for 5 days 4 nights. After arriving at the hotel. I was told we were only confirmed for the 1 night. I remembered we had to show up for the mandatory Tour Presentaion the following day. They booked us the tour at 12noon. Once we got down to leave. We were told that we had to checkout!! we packed our things. The front desk people was nice enough to store our luggage so we can get back to our room. They told us to be careful cause this issue is common with VACATION OFFER. We attended the tour. We did not purchase anything at that time even though we could have. But something was telling us to hold off. Once we got back to the hotel. We were told that they have not marked us as present at the tour. I called Vacation Offer and I was hung up on 5 times. Now after finally getting through. A nice young lady with a thick accent help me find out what was going on. She said that we did not purchase at the tour and we were not approved to continue with the hotel stay. AFTER PAYING AN EXTRA $350 TO UPGRADE OUR ROOMS FOR THE 5 DAYS. We wanted a refund and decided to drive back home. Management said it was non refundable!! The case against them is on going. Until I was at a family gathering in California that one of my wifes relative were talking about this booking company in Utah not paying employees and not paying their commissions. The relative as in the Philippines and was very distort It ended up being VACATION OFFER. Since Im retired I did some research using the relatives information. TERRY JOE AND RYAN JOHN ALLEN - HUSBAND AND HUSBAND OWNERS OF ALLEN GROUP. They hire outsourcing companies overseas, use their manpower to book tours and hotels for clients. Then when it was time to pay. They cause a problem and fire the company without paying. I have reached out to this relative. She was owed over $1500 dollars in commission for booking clients. They were told to just "Wing it" to handle calls and were told your " Educated, use your common sense. Its not hard". WOW!! So I recommend not using VACATION OFFER. One, for their business practices. Two, their evil acts to employees who we all know depended on their salary to feed their families. Three, cause the owners of VACATION OFFER are total scums of the Earth!

Ripped Off!

We were promised a 5-day, 4-night stay as a part of our paid contract if we atteneded a timeshare presentation. We were also promised gifts and ended up having to pay for 3 of the 4 nights and have not received the gifts that were promised. When we sent in the receipts for reimbursement for the hotel stay, we were told they would reimburse us $75 of the more than $300 we paid. Buyer Beware! The timeshare company we interviewed with also told us they were not going to use vacationoffer.com any longer as one of their "pools" for potential clients the company is not credible. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I had a very disappointing experience with VacationOffer.com and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I paid for a vacation package in Las Vegas based on what was clearly promised at the time of purchase. However, after collecting my payment, they failed to provide the reservation and did not deliver the services they advertised. There was no confirmed booking, and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I did not receive a proper resolution or refund. Communication was either delayed, unclear, or completely unhelpful. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Charging customers without actually securing the promised reservation is unacceptable. If you’re considering booking through this company, I strongly recommend verifying everything in writing and being cautious before making any payment. I am currently pursuing a refund and taking further action to resolve this matter.

My wife and I signed up to go to a presentation for a vacation package from VacationOffer.com. We had to put down a $99 deposit, which was refundable after we went to the presentation. We received a 3 night stay at a hotel in Orlando for going to the presentation, but we still had to pay for resort fees. We did not purchase the vacation package and were told we would receive our $99 deposit refund. After a month we called and we were told their system was unable to process refunds. We called just about every month for the next 5 months with the same answer. The seventh month after the presentation we were told that they needed to have our account checked out and someone would call. We waited over 2 months for that call and nothing. We called and when they looked at our account they said we were not eligible for a refund with no explanation why. They said that someone from the refund department would call. I am not going to hold my breath. Do not do business with this company they scammed us and it took 10 months to say no refund. They are crooks.

Horrible service

We paid this company for a vacation package and upon booking they charged us an extra $120 and then took us over a week to get our confirmation email. Then on the DAY OF our reservation they called and told me that our reservation was "auto canceled" and that I would have to pay an upcharge of $360 to re-book it. Complete scam.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! SCAM!!

First off it was supposed to be a free trip we won, had to pay $598. Then we finally booked a place for 2/12/26, received a call 2/5/26 that the hotel we had booked (which costed us another $187) had cancelled our reservation. So we have $785 dollars, into this now. They will not refund anything, not even the $187 (they did credit our account). But what about all the travel arrangements we had made to get to Gatlinburg, etc. nothing and they don't care. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. What a waste of time and money, DO NOT DO IT!! I will not be attending any timeshare crap as I already have a bad taste in my mouth and will not waste my time as I will not be doing any more business with them. I have called several times and get nothing. Just ridiculous! I have never dealt with a company this horrible. Save you time and money, go somewhere else!!
