I've ordered from this company before and had a great experience with the stuff I got. So naturally, I placed another order. But when I checked the tracking this time, it shows the items are coming from China. Last year, there was no mention of anything being shipped from China. It's kinda frustrating because I wasn't expecting a longer wait and now I'm worried about the quality. I liked what I got last time and was looking forward to the same good experience. Although one of my custom light boxes didn't light up, it was really accurate; it resembled my father from behind perfectly. I felt so emotional and ended up crying. My family was also amazed by how much it looked like my late father. It was a lovely creation and a memorable piece, so the lighting issue didn’t bother me much. Truly stunning.

I don't like that I ordered two custom mugs, one for me and one for my sister. My mug came without any issues. However, my sister's mug arrived damaged. I submitted two tickets about the broken mug, along with pictures, but got no reply and no replacement for her mug. Poor replacement policy. Really disappointed. Order number is MA#715938.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got for $66 AUD. They sent me two elf designs with my baby's face on them. When it came, the whole thing had this plastic backing and a tie string. The image was just slapped on there, like it was glued or something. It felt really cheap and nasty, not worth the price at all. On the bright side, the customer service wasn't too bad. They were pretty quick and nice enough to deal with. Ordered on October 21 and it showed up in Sydney by November 6. Still, not happy with the product itself.

It's just this cheap plastic ball with a photo stuck on it, not at all what I expected. This was meant to be a gift, but now I’m too embarrassed to give it to anyone.
