I didn't enroll in the PLUS Domestic plan with the 30-day free trial. It seems like it was added by someone at the company when I bought a program. Now, I’m out almost 100 dollars and no one is answering or helping to get my money back. This is unacceptable and a big amount for me. I would never have signed up for even a free trial because I would likely forget. How do I retrieve my money? I REALLY need them to sort this out.

Warning to all! Domestika's misleading wording and hidden 'free trial' tricked me into a R1800 subscription (all the money in my account). No reminder emails, no way to request a refund, and automated responses only. I am a cancer survivor and all my money goes to my medical fees and I will not be able to afford them this month. I'm not alone - thousands are speaking out against this scam (check Domestika Scam group on FB).

They have destroyed a community that used to offer a clear way to buy classes for about £7.99 each, and now it's a deceptive marketing trick, making you pay £90 per year and £1 per class that you no longer actually own. The people who create the video content are taken advantage of, and they use the same unfair methods as Spotify to take advantage of the creators. I really dislike what Domestika has turned into.

If I could rate them less than 1 star, I definitely would. They use sneaky methods to trap users into paying for yearly plans. I paid just £1 for a course during their holiday deal, but it quickly became obvious that they trick people into signing up for yearly subscriptions. They probably made a fortune off this, and it’s dishonest. They should be investigated.

avoid this company. it feels like a scam. i have reported Domeskica to Action Fraud right away for what looks like a fake subscription. if you had the same problem, and judging by the 1.7 rating you probably did, please report them too. i’m also going to notify National Trading Standards, they deal with online scams, fake websites, and tricky subscriptions.

I wish I could rate it lower. I bought a course for $2.99 last month. Hidden in the tiny print, I apparently agreed to a 30-day trial followed by a yearly subscription. $149 was deducted from my account yesterday, and they are not giving it back. I did not agree to an annual plan. This feels wrong and deceptive...avoid it.

I was charged for a year subscription I didn't say yes to! 110 $ for e courses ?!? WTF I would never pay that much money for this. They don't have support, just ai chat and generated messages. I loved this website and now I'm just disappointed and want my money back!

I was also billed $99 for domestika plus without asking for the service or the trial, so checking reviews wouldn't have helped since it all happened without my consent. Clearly, I’m not entitled to a refund. Is it that nothing can be done about this fraud?

I bought a short course and later realized I was charged for a Domestika Plus subscription (311.24EUR), which I never signed up for. Too much advertising and important details buried in tiny print at the bottom of the page.

Totally unacceptable! I got charged $109.99 for a Domestika Plus subscription I DIDN'T approve. I never signed up, didn't fill out any forms, and got no email asking for my OK. They just took my money without asking!

Got one course while trying the free trial, then without any warning I was charged for a full year subscription costing 548 AUD. I never agreed to that, no email was sent to me, I want a refund! Such a ripoff company

Misleading marketing, they lure you in with a free trial and then charge you a lot of money without warning, one of those common bad online scams you should avoid, be careful and don’t fall for it!

CONVICTORS! They quietly enroll you in an anual subscription. Once you purchase a course, you’re automatically signed up for a trial, which then gets renewed without you knowing. Sneaky!

They scam you into subscriptions with huge fees. The courses are often outdated and their marketing isn't clear. The platform not professional. Avoid at all costs.
