    I had a terrible experience with this booking company. I reserved a condo and they held onto my money for four months. Then, out of nowhere, they canceled my reservation and suspended my account. Just a few days later, they reinstated my account, but the same condo I had booked was now £400 more expensive. They blamed it on their system, which felt like a poor excuse. This whole ordeal was really frustrating, and I don't think I'll be using their services again. The way they handled everything was just so unprofessional and disheartening.

    I had a pretty rough

    I had a pretty rough time with Airbnb recently. Booked a caravan, host cancelled out of nowhere. I was left in the lurch, trying to find another place last minute. Sent requests to two other listings, but got no replies at all. It was super stressful, especially since I was on a tight schedule. When you use a big platform like Airbnb, you kinda expect things to run smoothly and for hosts to be responsive. This experience was anything but that. Really felt let down and the whole thing was a big hassle. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

    I booked a big house for a bachelor party, shelled out $8,000. But then, I had back surgery, had to cancel. Figured, no biggie, they'd understand, right? Nope. They rebooked the place for the full amount, so I thought I'd get my money back. But no way, Airbnb and the host wouldn’t budge. It felt like a slap in the face. I usually book large homes for big groups, and this experience totally left a bad taste in my mouth. Can't believe how they handled it. Definitely not going back to them for anything big or small. Such a disappointment.

    Stayed at a property in

    Stayed at a property in Santa Fe on Katasse Way for a couple of nights and it was a disaster. They didn’t mention it was down a bumpy dirt road on a hill. We drove a 24’ RV and it was a nightmare. Ended up staying at a hotel instead. The yard was a mess, full of sticker bushes and rusty equipment, not at all as shown in the photos. It was supposed to be pet-friendly, but I wouldn’t let my pet near that yard. Airbnb only refunded $200 from our $700+ stay, so now we’re disputing it with our credit card. Total waste of time and money.

    I booked a two-night stay at Crystal City Lofts in Arlington, Virginia through Airbnb with my family, and it was just terrible. The whole trip felt ruined because of our stay there. The place was not up to the mark and had so many issues. We tried contacting Airbnb for help, but they seemed indifferent to our problems. It was so frustrating to deal with their lack of support. After this experience, I honestly can't see myself using Airbnb again. It was such a letdown, especially since we were looking forward to a nice family trip.

    Man, what a nightmare. We were loyal hosts on this platform for three years, making them loads of cash. But when things went wrong, they were nowhere to be found. Guests trashed our place and used the review system to dodge paying for damages. We tried to claim their so-called $1m coverage, but they haggled over the costs and didn't let us dispute it. This was honestly one of the worst experiences with any company. Can't imagine hosting with them again. I really hope they get their act together or risk losing more hosts like us.

    We were all set for a fun family weekend with a bunch of activities planned, but then our accommodation canceled on us just two days before the trip! Can you believe it? And Airbnb was absolutely no help at all. They just left us hanging. We had spent hundreds on activities and now have nowhere to stay. It’s super frustrating and such a letdown. Thought Airbnb would have better customer service, but they really dropped the ball. Will definitely think twice before using them again. Just a really disappointing experience overall.

    I can't believe how long I've been waiting for a refund from Airbnb. It's been over three months now and still nothing. I've contacted customer support so many times, but it's like talking to a wall. They keep saying they'll look into it but never actually do anything. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication is just the worst. I'm seriously considering not using Airbnb again. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about booking with them, be prepared for a headache if something goes wrong.

    Being a super host on Airbnb for over two years, I thought things would be smooth. Turns out, dealing with their customer support is a nightmare. Every time I open a case, they promise to transfer it to the "right department." Days go by, and then poof, case closed without any resolution. It's beyond frustrating! I've dealt with a lot of customer support in my life, but Airbnb's is by far the worst. If you can avoid using Airbnb, do it. Seriously, save your time, money, and sanity. This app isn't worth the hassle, trust me.

    I booked a spot on Airbnb that looked available, but then the host canceled and said it actually wasn't. Why did it even show up on the site? The real kicker was Airbnb still charging me and saying the refund would take 7 days. Fast forward a week, and no sign of my money.     I booked an Airbnb six weeks ago for a trip with my three kids to NYC. Just three hours before check-in, they canceled my reservation out of nowhere. They tried to push me into accepting a much worse place in a not-so-great location. Of course, I said no, and they flat-out canceled on me. So there I was, scrambling to find a new place last minute with three kids in tow. Totally ruined our plans and added a ton of stress. Airbnb really let us down, and I won’t be using them again. Be careful and maybe try other platforms.

    Man, Airbnb really let me

    Man, Airbnb really let me down. My house got turned into some secret lab, and now the county shut it down and the FBI's all over the place. It's been over a year and I can't even go back home. Thought their “million dollar insurance” would have my back, but when I reached out, they just shrugged it off, saying it's not covered under their terms. I even sent them an email asking for help to make my house livable again, but no luck. Feels like they're just dodging responsibility. Really thought they'd handle things better.

    I recently stayed at an rbnb in London, and it was a nightmare. The listing looked so nice online, but when I got there, it was nothing like the photos. The host offered a discount, which should've been a red flag. The place was dirty and run-down. When I reached out to rbnb customer service for help, they were completely useless. They didn't offer any solution or refund. It felt like they didn't care at all. Be careful, there are a lot of scammer hosts out there. This experience really made me question using rbnb again.

    I've been renting out my place for a while now, and it's been super frustrating dealing with the administration team. Leadership is just not there, and it shows.     I had a horrible experience with Airbnb recently. Booked an apartment and never got the keys. Tried to get my money back but Airbnb didn't seem to care. Plus, their so-called "Party protection" system is a joke. It kept blocking my payments, even when I booked a month in advance. Felt like they just didn't want me to book at all. Seriously frustrating. I’m telling all my friends and family to stick with Booking.com instead. Airbnb is just not worth the hassle if you ask me. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it!

    We had an awful experience with Airbnb. Some guests damaged our property, and despite being superhosts, Airbnb wouldn't cover the £500 it cost to fix. Imagine a company worth $83 billion not willing to help out with such a small amount. We spent over three months and sent 35 emails, but it was all for nothing. Their support was useless, and we were left to deal with the mess ourselves. It's shocking how they treat loyal hosts. We will never use their platform again. Such terrible behavior from a company that big.

    Ugh, what a nightmare.

    Ugh, what a nightmare. Been using Airbnb for 8 years, no issues, but this time they really messed up. Had a booking that got held up because they wanted to "verify my ID" again. My ID's been verified forever! Spent 4 hours arguing with their staff who were no help at all. Just booked a week-long stay for over $10K a few days ago without any trouble, so clearly my ID is fine. Can't believe how rude and clueless the customer service was. Totally ruined my plans and wasted my time. So disappointing and frustrating!

    I tried ordering from this site, and it was a total disaster. They show everything as available, but once you pay, it's a different story. My money was taken, and then I had to wait for up to 15 days to get it back. Customer service was awful, too. The rep I talked to could barely answer my questions, and I struggled to understand her because of her heavy accent. It was just a frustrating experience all around. This place really needs to get shut down or at least fix their issues. Not worth the hassle at all.

    Being an Airbnb host for 5 years was a wild ride. After a bunch of bad run-ins with their customer support, I decided to shut down my account. The final nail in the coffin? They told me I had to get rid of my security cameras in the shared spaces of my house. My home insurance gave me a discount for having those cameras, but Airbnb didn't care. They forced me to choose between safety and hosting, and that was it for me. Airbnb's policies are so rigid and unreasonable, I can't see myself ever going back.

    We were all set for our family trip to London, bags packed and excitement through the roof. Then, just 23 minutes before check-in, BAM! Our Airbnb got canceled. No warning, no explanation. Just like that, we were stranded in a big city with no place to stay. It was a nightmare trying to find last-minute accommodations. I felt so let down and stressed out. If you value your peace of mind, stick with hotels. This experience showed us how unreliable Airbnb can be. We won't be using it again anytime soon.

    I’ve been using this service

    I’ve been using this service for a while without any issues, but recently tried booking and hit a wall with their new verification process. It’s just too hard to navigate. Spent more than 30 minutes trying to figure it out, just going in circles. Frustrating! And then they ask for sensitive info like my passport. Not comfortable with that at all, especially since it’s an American company. Don’t trust that my privacy and data will be safe. They really need to sort this out or they’ll lose customers.

    Tried booking a cute bungalow in Heacham for a couple of nights. Got a quick reply from the owner, Wendy. Turns out, Airbnb messed up and didn’t add the cleaning fee to my booking. Wendy explained she’d only get £217 from the booking, but her changeover costs are £150. So, it just wouldn’t work out financially for her. She seemed really upset about it, and honestly, I was too. I get it, though. She said she’d sort it out with Airbnb. Feels bad but fingers crossed we can figure it out next time.

    Stayed at this place in Kiruna, Sweden called Take a Chill apartment. Total disaster. The host tried to scam me for over 250 EUR, accusing me of damaging furniture. The place was already a mess when I got there. No evidence, nothing. But Airbnb didn't care about my side of the story and kept hounding me for the money. Had to go as far as canceling my credit card to stop them from charging me. Seriously, stay away from this place if you value your peace of mind. It's just not worth the trouble.

    I stayed at an Airbnb that turned into a nightmare. Three times, I had to call the police because some kids broke in, smoked drugs, and got violent. Airbnb's support was a joke.     I thought I was being smart by asking customer service to help me get an invoice with my company details. They seemed helpful at first, but then it all went downhill. They convinced me to book with some shady recommendations, and of course, after I booked, no company details on the invoice. It's frustrating and feels like a scam. Never thought I'd fall for it again, but here I am, out of money and patience. This is honestly the worst service I've dealt with. I'm done with them for good.

    We originally booked a place that got wrecked by a hurricane, and the owner had been struggling for a year to get it cleaned up. So, we found another spot in Punta Gorda, FL. The owner claimed it was pet-friendly, asked us for a good review, and then hit us with a $500 charge for pet hair. He wanted the money through Venmo, which was really sketchy. Then, Airbnb locked my debit card and took his side. What a nightmare! This whole experience was awful, and I’m done with Airbnb for good.
