Ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas, but it turned out too big. Reached out to the company for two weeks, asking how to exchange it. No response, so I bought another one in the correct size because my daughter needed it. Finally got the return address after what felt like forever. Sent it back, and now it’s been three weeks with no update. Sent multiple emails, and all I get is "we will let you know." Frustrated beyond words with Aelfric Eden’s customer service. They seriously need to get it together.
