Content was strong and the mentors in my track left helpful notes, so the learning side worked. Communication, though, felt hit or miss. I waited longer than expected for the certificate link, then got two different emails with unclear next steps about the practitioner registry. Site navigation is mostly intuitive, but a couple of links looped me back to the catalog. If you need a quick credential and can be patient with support, it’s decent. Recognition questions are real, so check what your employer will accept first.
