    Dis comp'ny offers lousy services. I ordered, it was late. Customer care said delay 'cause group order. Bad service! Even with Zomato Gold, they favor group orders for more cash. Awful experience! Won't use again. They'll start advance booking fees, delay normal orders, no refunds. Terrible! They're only 'bout money. So sad. Customers build, can break biz. Won't recommend, use alternate. You'll go bankrupt, unlike edtech startup, ignored customer experience.

    I ordred a pizza from Zomato at 11:25 PM. The delivery time was 25 min. But around midnight, they said it will come at 12:16 AM. I tried to cancel due to delay, but support didn't agree. After refusing, they finally canceld. This was disapointing. I deleted my account. I'll never order from Zomato again. I use Blinkit often. No problems there.

    Zomato sells food at exorbitant prices, and their additional taxes and delivery charges only add to the inflated costs. Despite purchasing a Gold membership, the experience has been disappointing. Highly-rated food on the app doesn't live up to expectations, as evidenced by receiving uncooked and foul-smelling chole bhature, along with low-quality, expired Amul butter. Attempts to complain have been met with silence from Zomato's customer service, leaving a dissatisfied customer. The prices, even with the expensive Gold membership, are higher than competitors like Swiggy, which doesn't require a membership purchase and provides better customer support. From this experience, Zomato appears to be a scam app with inadequate customer service.

I requested my last two days' pay in cash, but the owner declined, prompting him to involve the police, resulting in me getting trespassed. Additionally, there are complaints about a 50-year-old lady bartending, who allegedly doesn't maintain hygiene, eats chocolates without washing her hands, and is disliked by customers for her drinks. There's also an accusation related to inappropriate behavior with a young employee.

    The subpar service

    My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating. They not only provided subpar service but also offered the worst resolution for the issues they caused. When I asked for a refund of the original amount paid, their response was, "We understand your feelings but can't provide additional compensation." It's nearly impossible to get in touch with a customer service agent, and even after complaining, they only offered to make amends if I changed my review. This is unacceptable and reflects their poor customer care.

    Zomato left me very disappointed. My recent order turned into a nightmare – ordered chicken soup, got veg soup. The support team's unresponsiveness was appalling; they abruptly closed the chat without addressing my concerns. Restaurants associated with Zomato seem to play games – either not delivering items, sending subpar food, or messing with quantity. Zomato dismisses these issues, refusing to take responsibility for their partner restaurants' mistakes. A regrettable waste of both money and time.

    Ugh, dealing with Zomato was a total letdown. Ordered some grub for my dad's birthday, and they hit me with a cancellation out of the blue. The customer service rep, Manisha, didn't even try to get the full picture. Instead of figuring things out, they just whacked the entire food cost onto a cancellation fee. No empathy, just frustration. So not recommending Zomato – better off with Uber Eats or Swiggy. At least they refund you when they goof up.

    Their service was abysmal

    My recent encounter with this company left me deeply dissatisfied. Their service was abysmal, and the delivery experience was a nightmare. To make matters worse, the customer service agent, Aditi, was shockingly rude and uncooperative, even abruptly ending our call. I believe the company must address these issues promptly, improve its service quality, and take appropriate action against unprofessional behavior from its agents.

    Scammers. Always call the restaurants yourself to place orders. Their delivery staff are dishonest and may vanish with your meal. Zomato will deny a refund, claiming the restaurant confirmed delivery. Dealing with their poor customer service is a headache.
