Westernbikeworks did well -- the UPS service was poor. UPS messed up the shipment with redelivery times that were when I was away, then asked me to pay extra to have it redelivered when I was home. I had to get the package delivered to a neighbor, but even that was hard with the UPS driver. He first tried to deliver it to my address instead of my neighbor's (even though I filled out a "deliver to neighbor" form twice) -- told my neighbor she couldn’t sign for it. When she insisted she was authorized, he finally let her sign but wanted her to carry it from my house to hers. She made him deliver it to her address for her to sign, which he did reluctantly. In the end, the only issue with this order was UPS.
