    The image on the rug I got turned out really nice! The quality and thickness, though, were not so good, it was really thin and had almost no grip on the back. Shipping took a long time, nearly a month.

    The estimated delivery was misleading.

    The estimated delivery was misleading. I bought the product because they said it would arrive by 3/13/24. I needed it by 3/14, so I paid extra for "express" shipping. It arrived on 3/15, too late for my event. I tried calling their number several times but got no answer. Based on the tracking, it seems like they might be a Chinese company with fake fronts in the USA. Their addresses are in New York and Florida, but their phone number is from Oregon. I emailed them, but got a canned response that didn't answer my questions. Their online reviews show the same canned responses to every review. I won't use them again.

    The product felt a bit too expensive, but that's just how it goes sometimes. What bothered me though, is that this isn't a small company producing these. I placed my order, and after a few days, I got an update saying my item was on its way from China. It ended up taking forever to arrive. I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I had known that upfront.

    Items are from China

    They use different USA addresses on the website (Queens, NY is one), but their phone numbers are from various different cities. The tracking number is from China. The website is a front to make it look like you're buying from the USA, when you're actually are not. I ordered an item from them weeks ago, and still haven't received it. BEWARE!!

    SCAM!!!!

    The website leads you to believe it's an American company when it's actually Chinese. They sent me a fake tracking number and haven't responded to two emails about my order. Don't waste your time and money on this scam site. Any good reviews you see on other sites are all fake.
