I tried this company last year, everything went fine. But this year, when I renewed, I paid for their services and didn't get my documents. They promise 24-48 hour delivery, but it's been 21 days. I called customer service and emailed them, but got no help or answers. I even reported them to the BBB, but they won't give me a refund. I hope others haven't had these problems. I'll use a different company from now on. It's really disappointing and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

The company took longer than they said they would to deal with my request, which was annoying. I had to contact support a lot before I finally got the letter I needed. It seemed like their automatic system wasn't working right because I kept getting sent back to do the survey over and over. But eventually, they found the letter in my file quickly, so I guess the survey did go through the first time. It wasn't the easiest process, but at least I got what I wanted eventually.

However, there was no communication regarding the status of my order for over a month. When I tried to contact their customer service, I received no response. This lack of communication and service deserved a rating of 0 stars. Frustrated, I decided to dispute the charges through my credit card company. Surprisingly, a few days later, I received my refund, and I finally got an email from the customer service team confirming my refund request. I'm giving them 1 star for eventually refunding my money, even though it took intervention from my credit card company to make it happen.

Customer service has been complete dog crap. I needed two words changed on my ESA letter. I was promised this would take 24-48 hours. It has now been 72+ hours and still nothing. TWO WORDS! The level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. They train all of their employees to use the phrase "rest assured". I have encountered it at least 5 times now in 3 days. Suprise- I have not rested assured. There are plenty of other sites that offer the same product/service for less money. Do your research and save yourself some trouble!

I paid $134 for two pets ESA letter but only received multiple emails saying sorry there was a glitch in our system please complete again, after receiving confirmation it was received, in process and would be sent to me within 48 hours. After the third email asking me to redo it I asked for a refund, but didn’t receive one, instead it’s crickets.
