They also offer many discounts and coupons, which are hard to find for other registrars. Secondly, it's very easy to set up your new domains and point DNS records. The ease of use makes it much easier to use, and they offer many hosting and email services which are very well-priced! Finally, their customer service is excellent. They're very attentive and respond fast through the live chat. They respond within seconds and are very friendly! This is the best experience I've had from a domain registrar. I moved my domain from another provider and created a SpaceMail account with it. However, I was able to send emails, but I couldn't receive any incoming emails. I contacted support, and they quickly found out that I hadn't changed some DNS records (MX) which were still configured for the old vendor's email server, and they carried over when the domain was switched.
