I have reached out to customer

I have reached out to customer service numerous times, but I keep receiving the same worthless answer. I returned the beach towels on 8/22, and I've been going back and forth with them almost daily, but they keep repeating the same company line of offering help without actually providing any. That's why I posted my initial review. So, if anyone is considering ordering from this company, I hope you really like your product because dealing with their customer service is not something you'd want to go through. I'll just have to accept the loss of $64.17 plus the $10.00 in shipping charges and stop wasting my time on this. Enjoy your beach towels if you decide to purchase them.

I got a blanket and a few beach towels.

I got a blanket and a few beach towels. The blanket's nice, but I wish it was bigger. I prefer it to be longer on the sides, reaching the bottom of my mattress. I've got a king bed and it's just a bit short for me (but it's still on my bed). The towels I haven't used at the beach yet, so not sure if they're sand-free. I used mine as a shawl on the plane and later as a blanket. I can say it's water-resistant. I opened my life straw water bottle with the towel in my lap on the flight. A water fountain exploded from my bottle and all of it landed on my lap. The towel saved me from walking around wet. The water just rolled on top of the towel and didn't soak in. I'll definitely buy more. I really like them!

I was a bit cautious ordering from Instagram

I was a bit cautious ordering from Instagram, especially since I made a mistake and ended up with two bag towels. I reached out to SoundCloud and they responded quickly with instructions on how to fix it and removed one of the towels. Very happy with how it was handled, now I’m waiting for the bag towel to be restocked. I’m on your notification list, thanks again! My daughter loved it, now I just need to get one for my wife!

I used my blancket for the first time

I used my blancket for the first time this weekend at the beach. By far the biggest and best blancket I own. It dried fast and the sand didn't stick in or to it. My blancket can fit four people easily. Plus, I LOVE Harry Potter so it's perfect.

The delivery was really fast, which was great since it was a gift. I'm happy with the designs I received. Unfortunately, it's been raining a lot, so we haven't had a chance to use them yet, but we're looking forward to trying them out.

Took it with me to Hawaii.

Took it with me to Hawaii. It was great as a blanket on the plane coming and going, and perfect on the beach. The sand shakes right off, making it the perfect beach towel with added benefits.

My kids got these cool

My kids got these cool Sand Cloud towels for ages, and I wanted one too. I bought a few on sale for me and my husband. We've used them as blankets, but can't wait for beach season!

Absolutely adore my towel! The material is top-notch, drying quickly and sporting fantastic patterns and colors. It's just what I needed for my gym bag.

There has nevah been a more purrfect

There has nevah been a more purrfect towel/blanket and dare I adnit to say SCARF company out there beside the Fabulous SAND CLOUD. I have lost count at this point as to how many "towels" I have purrchased this year. I'm sure my husband can tell you just how obssessed I am. I wear the regular size towels as scarves on cool chilly beach days and NY days nights. More people get to see them this way and I get to brag about them. The larger towels right up to the blanket size are wonderful decor accesories for bedding, sofas, and more. But never the BEACH they are truly a godsend for the beach asa towel, blanket and beautiful coverup. Adore Sand Cloud buy as much as you can. Quicky

We've tried those big xl towels/blankets

We've tried those big xl towels/blankets for beach days and lying in the yard before. Just got a few themed towels for our family Florida vacation. These products are great. Sand shakes out easily, they dry really fast, and the more you wash them, the softer they get.
