Takes a bit longer than going through the rental company directly but will save you money on extra excess protection, so I think it’s well worth it.

I had a great experiance. Follow these steps to make sure you get your claim: 1. The insurance should cover the full rental period. 2. MAKE SURE YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT INCLUDES LDW! 3. Take pictures of the car before and after, covering everything. If you do all of this, you should be fine! The insurance through rentalcover was almost half the price compared to sixt. I got a small scratch on my rental car and was charged way too much money. I filed the claim with rentalcovers, and after about a week and a half, I got the full amount back into my bank acount. The whole process was simple, I can't recommend them enough.

Ik werd door het verhuurbedrijf in Sicilië voor 210 EUR belast. Zodra ik de kosten kreeg, diende ik de claim in, en het duurde maar 3 werkdagen voordat ze deze verwerkten, bevestigden en goedkeurden. The 1st claim has just been submitted to Rental Cover. Damage to the rental car without us realizing it, it was discovered upon submission. The expense invoice uploaded for a claim. Approved within 3 days, refunded to our account within 1 week. It was a good test, I also learned that you are twice as insured at half the price at a counter at the airport. The company provides clear general conditions with good coverage. It's much cheaper compared to rental car CDW. It would be nice to have an option where the renter isn't charged for CDW upfront, and RentalCover deals with the rental company directly for CDW payment, even if it costs extra.

I wasn't sure about getting the extra insurance at first. Insurance companies often aren't seen in the best light. However, rental cover came through for me. The camper I rented had a few issues, but all I had to do was upload some papers, and I got my refund. I would suggest it to others.

Beste geld ooit uitgegeeven! Ik dacht niet dat ik nog een rekening voor de huurauto zou krijgen, maar dat gebeurde dus wel. Met deze dekking kon ik snel en makkeljik terugvragen wat ik had betaald, ik kreeg alles netjes terug zonder gedoe. Ga dit zeker nog eens kopen!

The process was quite simple and smooth for submitting the claim, but, sadly, an accident occured... the car rental and insurance company will handle communication between themselves. Everything aligns with the agreement, and the case is resolved.

Picking up the car at Alicante airport after leaving a deposit from a credit card 1,100€ was straightforward. Extra insurance via Ryanair 55€. Had a small bump against a concrete pole... Centauro said 670€... good to get insurance extra !!!

Toen ik de auto teruggaf, zat er een klein krasje op en het verhuurbedrijf bracht me $150 USD in rekening. Ik moest een claim indienen en alle papieren regelen bij het verhuurbedrijf, die niet echt meewerkten—maar dat boeide me niet veel. De claim werd snel goedgekeurd, al binnen een dag. Er werd ongeveer $12 afgehaalen, geen idee waarom, en ik had geen tijd om dat uit te zoeken.

Rental process wuz fast nd effective. Pickup in Chile wuz also smooth nd nice; car wuz jus' as said. Gettin' insurance paymen' took a while nd wuz kinda borin'; bu' it worked out in the end. Thanks!
