I was really happy as this not only included the cost of the repair but also the rental company’s admin fees too! Takes a bit longer than going through the rental company directly but will save you money on extra excess protection, so I think it’s well worth it.

Great service. I needed insurance for my car rental that was fairly priced and not like the usual high-cost options that are more than the rental fee. I discovered this option, and while it seemed too good to be true, the reviews were so good I chose to try it. I couldn't have made a better decision. I had to extend my coverage a few times, and I ended up paying for some damages. The claims process with Rentalcover was very easy, straightforward, and quick, just like you'd expect from a modern service in 2024. It took a couple of days to review the claim, they requested a few more documents, and within a short time, the refund was approved, and I was funded in no time. I had a great experiance. Follow these steps to make sure you get your claim: 1. The insurance should cover the full rental period. 2. MAKE SURE YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT INCLUDES LDW! 3. Take pictures of the car before and after, covering everything. If you do all of this, you should be fine! The insurance through rentalcover was almost half the price compared to sixt. I got a small scratch on my rental car and was charged way too much money. I filed the claim with rentalcovers, and after about a week and a half, I got the full amount back into my bank acount. The whole process was simple, I can't recommend them enough.

Ik maak al een paar jaar gebruik van hun diensten en voel me altijd veilig en beschermd. Gelukkig hoefde ik nooit een claim in te dienen... totdat december. Ik werd door het verhuurbedrijf in Sicilië voor 210 EUR belast. Zodra ik de kosten kreeg, diende ik de claim in, en het duurde maar 3 werkdagen voordat ze deze verwerkten, bevestigden en goedkeurden. Het geld werd direct naar mijn Duitse bankrekening gestuurd en ik heb het al ontvangen. Geweldig serviçe! Ik zal zeker doorgaan met het gebruiken van hun diensten!

Thankfully, rental cover had me protected, and they handled my claim efficiently, provided you have the proper paperwork. I appreciate AUTOVERSE's referral and plan to keep using them for my rental insurance needs.

The 1st claim has just been submitted to Rental Cover. Damage to the rental car without us realizing it, it was discovered upon submission. The expense invoice uploaded for a claim. Approved within 3 days, refunded to our account within 1 week. It was a good test, I also learned that you are twice as insured at half the price at a counter at the airport. Many thanks to Rental Cover, from now on every rental car with your company!

We had a tiny scratch on a bumper, and they made us pay $4000 upfront at return. After their check, it cost $1500 (still too high, but we got back $2500). The company provides clear general conditions with good coverage. It's much cheaper compared to rental car CDW. It would be nice to have an option where the renter isn't charged for CDW upfront, and RentalCover deals with the rental company directly for CDW payment, even if it costs extra.

Picking up the car at Alicante airport after leaving a deposit from a credit card 1,100€ was straightforward. Extra insurance via Ryanair 55€. Had a small bump against a concrete pole... Centauro said 670€... good to get insurance extra !!!

Toen ik de auto teruggaf, zat er een klein krasje op en het verhuurbedrijf bracht me $150 USD in rekening. Ik moest een claim indienen en alle papieren regelen bij het verhuurbedrijf, die niet echt meewerkten—maar dat boeide me niet veel. De claim werd snel goedgekeurd, al binnen een dag. Er werd ongeveer $12 afgehaalen, geen idee waarom, en ik had geen tijd om dat uit te zoeken.
